So if you have N27m cash at home you will put it in your sitting room? Are you for real? The fact remains from the testimony of this witness no case has been established against Justice Ngwuta. The EFCC must be able to prove that the eminent jurist received bribe. They must be actual proof against him and not conjectures
You are correct, the EFCC are just going to let this man walk free, just like in every other case they have on thier hands, half baked evidence from people who are not professionals.

That builder is a very wicked and heartless man. After benefiting so much from the Justice he goes to court to start blabbing. I am sure he must have duped the Justice and scared the Justice would come after him hence his determination to nail him and get him jailed so he can continue enjoying the Justice money stress free. Woe unto the wicked for they shall not go unpunished, for what goes around comes around again

Mr man lets hear word please, Have you ever seen 27million naira in cash in your life talk more of 313million? any person who has that kind of money laying around their house is a thief! It takes a lot of effort to make 27million naira and the last place any honest man who has worked hard for his money would want to keep that huge amount is their house (as unsafe as Nigeria is).

Poor people dont know the value of money, they think millions are peanuts and thats why they remain poor.

You are a corrupt thief!
Back to the matter, the builder is as guilty as the Judge and the DSS has him by the balls, he must have gotten a deal to testify against the Judge and get a soft landing.

Criminals made judges.
It is also a good thing that witnesses are coming out to expose the evil deeds of the crooks who were appointed judges.
These corrupt leaders and judges are the paid-destroyers of this country. These are elected and appointed but who are truly destroyers of the country. These corrupt leaders and judges are elected and appointed leaders and who are paid by the country but who ruined the country. It is like people appointing destroyers over them, and they were paid from the wealth of the country but they destroyed the country. Let them all be prosecuted and sentenced to prison for their crimes against humanity

Are you dumb or what? What evidence exactly has been tendered against this man? Since when did it become a crime to keep money at home or to build a house with N313m.Unless the EFCC has solid proof of bribery against him, they have no case

you are a complete fool. Would have been better if you shut your mouth and not reveal your identity. So you dont know there is a limit to how much cash you can deal with without passing it through a financial institution what else do you think is called money laundering.

I can see exactly where this is going, there is no case here.I get paid i n forex but for once I will never pay my contractor with forex, there is no Biz sense or economic sense in that.Plus the Builder forgot to tell the court waht happened to the money or where he took the bags to

Don't rush. All of these would be asked by the defense lawyer during cross examination...

Go and sit down deprived kids, I am very sure that you kids dont know what 27million naira is. People who have that kind of money know the value and dont open mouth recklessly like you all are doing. See your mouth like reebok...all the rebuking you have been doing since you were born what has it changed in your life? Shior, dont go and look for work.
Justice or inJustice Nguwta in this case is guilty of money laundering.
