I am surprised with the way people are attacking MTN on this notice. Since first week of december, Etisalat have 'decommissioned' blackberry. What I'm saying is, it's not just MTN!

Same BlackBerry that a friend of mine that came from UK to Benin with 10 BlackBerry Bold 2 in 2011, 6 ladies gave him their virginity in exchange for one blackberry bold 2 each, and 4 married women lured him to illicit affairs just to acquired one from him and ping too. He deliberately brought them in the country because he was aware how crazy Nigerians were going for blackberry then.

Even here on Nairaland, I remembered how BB users always praise the phone then.

Back in 2010, I remember the everyday twitter wars between blackberry users and Nokia/snaptu users.
Blackberry users feeling all superior. Times really do change indeed.

By my standard, blackberry is not a smartphone because,

1..they have very small RAM

2..they don have standard games I can run on android or IOS (e.g black ops, asphalt,GTA etc.)

3..they run two os on bb10, but very few apps are compatible

4..the only thing considered to be app in the phone is bbm, and what'sapp has replaced that

5..what'sapp will stop working very son which means the phone reduced to just calls and texting

6..teches don't use bb because it's obviously a woman's phone...not capable of doing anything smart online

Bb passport be like plate I wonder watin dey inside when girls dey parade here and there.

MTN get foresight ....una too much
