All those points she mentioned about girls being wayward can be found in almost every higher institution today, even colleges of education. OAU was built after learning from the mistakes of that of UI, that's why in OAU everything is well structured and arranged . Halls of residence, academic area, School market, staff quarters etc. Unlike UI where everything is scattered.

The only aspect OAU can't compare with UI is the condition of their hostels, because UI have some rules which they enforces, like they don't allow cooking in the hostel, no squatting. These are offenses that the sanctions can be as high as rustication. So to this effect UI have been able to maintain their hostels.

No one is talking in terms of admission...

You didn't answer my question. Have you been to any other university in Nigeria? If yes how many academic sessions did you spend there? Maybe you might find it funny that this your point of students roaming about can be related to by a student of UI and what made you think that OAU doesn't have more lecture theaters than UI?


You spent more than four years in a school and you don't even have one single good thing you can say about the school, if not the constant supply of electricity on campus, which UI can't boast of. Or the guaranteed security of the students on campus.


You sound more like someone who has been dealt a huge blow academically by OAU who is now seeking admission into UI, hence your infatuation with the latter.

The roaming about part is peculiar to all year one students in every university and you didn't graduate from OAU, because if you did, you would have known that every Tuesday and Thursdays 8am-9pm is strictly for Ser classes. So how will they make other departments uncomfortable when Ser is an elective for every department?
