You are the one who did not graduate from OAU because law Students from part one to Four occupy HSLT C and Sontimes B. They occupy BOOC, Boob and Booa. My dear you are blind self and I doubt if you did attend OAU self. Ask MTH Students who offer MTH 201 and 202 which lecture theatre they normally Use? It's always HSLT C which is a Lecture venue that ought to be used by Health Science Students making them end up using Labs know as MDL's. My dear ask question and I think you are not a Student or a graduate of OAU.

Really? So OAU should build an elective building, You might say the time table is not well structured, but i don't think even UI have more lecture theatres than OAU. You didn't meet the cut off mark of your preferred course, OAU gave you psychology, instead of you to work hard and change that you accepted the course and studied it with bitterness, graduated and now attacking OAU from the outside. But the truth is that you've not really experienced any other school.

you are educated but not enlightened. Look at the etymology of the word "university" u will know y Oau fix different venues for different lectures. Succinctly,the word university is made of two words "universe" and "city" and it means community of people amongst other things. So if you think having all ur lectures at a fixated venue is comfort, I'm glad to let you know it's against all what a university is about. U can't be enlightened seated at one place all ur life.

This is not say however that oau has sufficient lecture theatres, but even if they had, they would still make u have a lecture at 1000 seaters and the next one at PG!

UI has the "universe" (base for education) but not the "city" (wide landscape for enlightment) unlike oau that has both. Ask u I students they hardly know the name of venues at other faculties because they are always at theirs only, unlike you that knows everywhere on campus!

Don't mind her, just imagine, she spent more than four years in OAU yet she can't point out one single good thing which means she didn't enjoy her stay there probably because she wasn't given her dream course.

My wife finish from UNN n my OBA university. I drove her down to my school to clearly pick the difference. Though she didn't agree sha that we are the best in west africa

Even the FOOL talking didn't make First Class.

No doubt, OAU is a good school, they ave good lecturers, good physical structure, and has many hostel that are nt well maintained. They are too conservative and put too much value on something that doesn't important like Form A to Z for PG program. They ave unstable academic calender, but they are more friendly to average students in payment of sch fees and other fees. Unibadan is the best in Nigeria, they ave better accommodation hall and maintaining them, they give less stress to students and ave stable academic calender, good lecturers and they are the first and stil the best. I ave bn to both Universities, I know both are great but UI is the best.

I won't really exchange insult with you again, but according to you, OAU is the most useless university ever. So it's safe to say a useless university can't produce a useful certificate. So once you receive your certificate from OAU and you didn't tear it, then you are clearly a lunatic who doesn't understand what she's talking about. The thing about OAU is that the best students in the whole country always want to get in. Have no idea why. Looking back, I think I felt the same way before I got admitted. I wanted to get into Nigeria's best school and somehow the saying back then was that OAU was the best. Don't know who started that rumour.
The best students in Nigeria always want OAU, so OAU has the best students. But the quality of the school itself, research and admin, is very poor.

I graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University and I must say my days in OAU was like a hell Fire on Earth.

UI is far more better than OAU
1. UI has a better hostel compared to the Poultry of Pigs called Awo Hall
Glorified Prison yard called Angola Hall
Prostitute house for Fellowship girls in thr Night called Fajuyi Hall
Early formation of New Ashawos called Mozambique

The likes of ETF,Alumni, Sports and Moremi are far better.

Another useless thing is lack of Lecture theatre for Most department.

Law students don't have lecture theatre that will accommodate them, you will always find those black and white sheep roaming around campus, looking for lecture venue.

Even the College of Health Sciences students learn under stress and you will see them going to old labs or even cancelling their lecture.I pity those in the college of health sciences. They pass through hell.

The only Organized Department is Pharmacy.

Students from technology department who offer mathematics don't have lecture too. They keep roaming about the school for venue. You see them occupying likes of HSLT C and BOOC.

They have unstable calendar and they usually go on strike.
UI has all these things in place and OAU students usually complain about how good they are those days.

Everything is not about lecturer being good, but how convenient are the Students who are learning under you?

Ui is d best

Oba Awon University all the way. An average U.I student cannot pass through white house without any carryover.Your journey in O.A.U starts from your first written test unlike U.I that gives room for amendment based on their grade system.For the lilly livered I would recommend U.I but O.A.U prepare you for the challenges ahead.

mu Btech is from lautech and Msc. UI. but have several friends at OAU that we discuss together about school standard. I thing UI is a father to OAU in all aspects, except that it is easier to have a better grade at UI than OAU. the 7.0 cgpa I. ui program gives them an edge.
