sorry for skipping your question. but don't be buying such domains. several keypoints are lacking like poor keywords, very poor search volume, low competition and CPC; this determines how many companies are you targeting before buying that domain so far you wish to resell the domain later. the higher company, the higher chance of selling that domain when you want to. CPC is also very important both in selling and parking.

opening a US paypal account while in Nigeria is very risky and a long process. slight mistake, account may get banned especially when there's money there. The best alternative is to simply open a GTBank account and get one of their ATM cards for such transactions OR buy your domains @ domainking.ng where every type of cards are accepted including bank deposits.

you can buy from GD closeout or from deleted domains if u are able to filter the junk domains frm the good ones

I don't like hide and seek games. I have Nigeria Paypal and I can make payment with it and when I'm collecting money I used exchanger to get the money for me. If you are caught by foreign paypal, well na you know.
I have payoneer and it is aso for collection of money and spending, but not to verify paypal with it.

If you really mean to have a uS paypal account you can ask some of your friends in US to open one and verify it with their own card and they can help you to collect your monies via that. But for you to use it in Nigeria? Na you know OOO, but be ready to loose a huge money with it.
