The gambian army chief should be replaced asap. He is not a stable or reliable fellow.
i think i disagree with you, he was loyal to the constitution and the president, he couldnt have declared war since the c-i-c never made such pronouncement.

Soldiers with press up self. Why do they always do that? Is it a sign of respect or showing off of fitness?

Ipob should learn from this. No African country can bully Naija this way no matter what. United we stand- Divided will fall. Though ECOWAS did the right thing here, but it clearly shows how vulnerable smaller countries are.

That is what some Western countries want, divide big and influential countries to smaller ones, so that they can easily control them and their resources or bully them into submission. So be wise when the west tells u right to self determination is basic human right. there is more to that. He who has ear, let him here o.

The whole of Gambia is not as big as Minlaind local govt in Lagos and their population are only abt 40% or less of the population of MLG, so why are diz ECOWAS army making this mission like it's the Devil they want to go and unseat? SMH

Immediately the former President congratulated the new president, he congratulated him to and declare his allegiance to him, as soon as jameh changed his tune, he too switched allegiance back to jameh.
Immediately he noticed there was possible ecowas military intervention, he abandoned the president and declared hr won't fight a stupid war.
He isn't a stable or reliable fellow.
