I thought u guys were the best cos u prove to be that at a certain point but for some times now, the reverse is the case. I have tried recharging my glo line consistently on three occassions but to no avail, calling the customer care to complain, the agents are not competent in their service-rendering. I even went ahead to tell them that they will lose customers and all they could tell me was and i quote:- "we are sorry for the inconvinences", (unquote) and they were, moreover even happy to tell me that they will be happy to lose any subscriber. Abeg e be like say na the latest english be this from globacom agents. Well, as for me am so damn happy to lose them too.

As in eeh.........its very, very annoying and so heartbreaking. They dont care how their subscribers feel....... Anyway, am dumping them for good.
