I don't know how effective that would be, but I do know in a city where he's hated just as much as he is in New York, he'd only encourage civil disobedience and further break down of law and order if City officials and the police feel the Fed tactics are overpowering.

I also believe unlawful arrests will multiply, stop and frisk would lead to incarceration of so many people of color and the racial tension between the people and law enforcement will keep growing.

CFCman, I can understand you being diplomatic but most of the models are codedly Oloshos with few exceptions. I am talking about the nude models of course. The problem in Chicago is basically limited to couple of neighborhoods on the South side of Chicago. Hopefully, things will turn around because Chicago is a beautiful city. It's just the young cats who feels there is no future for them. I don't know if the Feds will make any difference without stepping on Peoples constitutional rights.
