So if you make enquiries about the status of your application, are the replies auto generated? I tracked my application and they said a decision has been made.

Then a decision has been made. That can not and will never be auto generated. Congratulations in advance.

You did loads of right preparation for this application. At the point you were about to apply, you found shortfalls and held fire....................
You guys repackaged, dotted all the I's and crossed the T's.
Submitted priority application, hit them with a heavy weight of properly documented evidence's etc etc etc
Congratulations in ADVANCE.........

And please remind her that person wey dey go meet husband no dey stretch neck...

Sorry Realgeo, I'm not sure I follow. What do you mean by stretch neck?
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Pmaakino: 1:56am On Jan 26, 2017
We know from ukvi inquiry that the decision has been made but have not heard from TLS yet. The status on e TLS website hasn't even been updated to say that the decision has been made. The wait is nerve-wracking. How come TLS takes such a long time? I noticed on other people's timelines that the TLS email for decision made and collection came within hours of each other...

Imagine if you paid for normal application? We would probably need an army of nairalanders to blow loads of cold air on your wracked - nerves..........
Your priority application would soon proof to you that the extra expense paid (the money wey I dey take feed for 3 years), would prove its weight in the head of Charlie's mama's head..........

Hi guys,

So sorry I haven’t updated.

We received the email yesterday morning. I was so anxious. She was in Ogun state and the express is a mess. Anyway she went there this morning and received the visa from 17 January.

I’m so excited.

Thank God.
Thank you all!

What I will say is it is a very good period to apply. As long as you present everything, they seem to be dashing visa’s out like pure water. New applicants take your time. Current applicants awaiting their exam results you will receive good news in Jesus name.

Dashing like pure water? I bluntly disagree!!!!!! Una no - no the weight of documentations una submit? Then don see say una dey do una homework well now.........
Anyone reading this thread, submits a spousal visa (learning from successful applicants). There is no way the application would be rejected.

Infact we need to patent this thread and start selling it out like university handouts............

My oga at the very top.

Thank you, The work you put in is unprecedented! I’ve refreshed at odd hours and see you there. I won’t forget this site and how it helped.

Keep up the good work. God will definitely reward you for all the selfless work you do for your people.

Obviously, if the package one submits is water tight then they can’t shoot holes through it. I received our documents last night. It was so much! 100s and 100s of pages! They must have feared self.

I think at this stage all you can do is remain calm. As we've seen on this thread, no two applications are the same. Just try and relax, do something to take your mind off it. Your passport will be with you in a few days, visa included smiley

I can tell you don't fear but it's not possible. No matter how sure you are, fear always sets in and I know this. What you need to do is keep busy. Very busy.

Prayer will calm you down.
