Presidential Spokesman, Femi Adesina, has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari cannot be coerced to address the nation to quell rumors of his death.

"The President is in London on vacation. He is not in any hospital and he is not ill," Mr. Adesina said on Thursday in an interview with CNBC Africa.

"When he was traveling last week, the statement we put out was that he was going on vacation and during the vacation, he would do routine medical check-up and nothing has changed from what we pushed out last week.

"If anybody has fed something else into the rumour mill, that is just what it is- a rumor."

"The fact that he is a President, he still has his rights. Compelling him to come out and talk will be infringing on his rights.

"The president will talk if he wishes to. If he doesn't wish to, nobody will compel him to talk.

The truth is that the president is on vacation and he has given a date on which he will return to work.

Why don't he just show his face and quench any rumor of supposed death. He is a president of a whole nation for God's sake. What kind of vacation is this? Abi him nor dey waka for the London ni?
Please how hard can it be to spot the president of Nigeria in London. How hard can it be.
Pls if you have contacts in the UK now would be the time to use it. Let them help us spot our presido.
This is now a game. First to spot the president

d truth is dat buari dullard left d con3 abruptly long before his anounced vacation to UK. in fact, d so called "vacation trip" was just a cover story formulated to hide d truth about d real state of tins after buari's health rapidly deteriorated.
wat ever d case, dis article has totally confirmed dat buari is in vegetable state n completely incapacitated.

@femi adesina
assuming theres's an emergency dat requires d president's immediate attention, is femi saying d dullard will have to finish his vacation before attending to d emergency which kind daura governance is dis
