Congress wasted 100s of billions of $$ on useless weapons programs that this country doesn't need. You don't need too much sophistication to defeat the likes of ISIS and other terrorist groups. It's like the $1bn a-piece B-52 bomber that has only been used a grand total of FIVE times in combat. The US has 20 B-52 stealth bombers currently. These weapons were designed to battle the old Soviet Union, and are mostly unnecessary in the fight against radical jihadi terrorists.

It's no wonder the average starting salary for engineers working in the Military Industrial Complex is around $84,000/year. A sizeable chunk of those billions go into their pockets. Full disclosure, my bro works in one of those companies.

.. The only reason canada is even able to make the list of G8 nations is it's close relationship to the US. Working as an Engineer here in Canada, I have never seen a more backward developed country. I will agree with you on that. The wall is needless as the drug cartels have dozens of holes more than rabbits that they can simply use to move their businesses across. If there is one thing I have learned in cross border activities, it is that you can never totally secure your country against human traffickers and illegals. Just like rabbits, they always find their way in. The only positive side is that the influx can be control to a certain level. Otherwise, its money spent foolishly.

Why would you presume the women soldiers are conservatives. There are 3-1 liberal women soldier in the military while for the men, it's 3-1 conservative soldiers.

I'll never be able to wrap my head around conservative logic that only they can be patriotic, I don't understand the logic behind liberal uniform men and women being considered not real Americans or not real patriots. America is a diverse land and no one has an exclusive right to patriotism.

You don't have to serve in the military or die for your country to be classified as a patriot. There are many ways to serve one's country and uphold it's values.
