I bought the phone last year Nov 2015 with 15 months guarantee. I don't know what happened to it because it just switched off by itself and switch on back immediately, but to my surprise the phone reset itself back to factory set which make me to loose all my data(very painful and disgusting), but now I ve bn trying to download all my apps back apart from those that came with d gionee m5 originally but all prove abortive. Pls come to my aid because the phone stands as my office and without it there's nothing I could do, also if there's any way I can get my lost data back pls do not hesitate to let me know. Thanks and God bless.
