i am using this means to tell not to make the same mistake for your children.becos we are in an era where men especially ladies are lovers of pleasures,when your children are approaching puberty stage,on during adolescent pls,bombard their health with enough protein,both plant and animal protein and also iodine and zinc from sea food,potasium from banana,l,arginine from water melon and enough of eggs,yorghurt and fish oil,pls do this for them during puberty stage and not after puberty,especially amino acids and iodine to stimulate the testoterone for production of big cassava,after puberty stage you are on your own,pls help your children to avoid future intimidation,becos most ladies love big cassava moderately 9inches length and 6.8inches girth
