I will take advice from my seniors who reach out to help me when I am facing trials. If there are other senior and respected Super Eagles players willing to support the young man, they should reach out to Onyekuru.

Osaze did well and deserves commendation. The young man needs support and will grab the hands that reaches out to him.

I mean tell me some tips about the game and staying healthy, yes but advice about transfers could prove counterproductive. Like taking defensive advice from Pep lol.

The agent can bring up a transfer to the club just like the clyb can bring to the agent. The price of the transfer is worked out between the clubs and not the agent. After the transfer fee is set the agent can then discuss personal terms with the club u are going to. For Example arsenal's Jenkinson was sold to crystal palace but returned back when his agent could not agree on personal terms with palace. I am going to far, just last year a club in China agreed to pay watford over 37 million pound for Ighalo...............
Just like the club can't sell him anywhere he can't go anywhere either. He can simply wait out his contract which i have read is 18 months.
Good from your comment everything still centred on agent but why Eupen wanted to scheme out Henry's agent out of d whole deal.

Actually Sir... I know it sounds illicit and shady but these things actually happen almost everyday in football.... Agents get sidelined all the time. The only thing is if the agent(s) being sidelined can reach a compromise with the club's.... Sometimes elsewhere, these deals happen with a lot of hidden compromise between players' agents and the club's preferred reps with links to bigger clubs....

So it is not new.... I believe Henry and his agent would have been more savvy in the situation but chose to be reactionary.

Kog45:
pls d issue of greedy agent doesn't arise,my question is,why are they sidelining d boy"s agent.

Pls tell me there are no untouchables in Man City or more precisely in "a pep team".... grin

As long these untouchables keep performing (plus their pedigree overtime), they will always be picked...

I do not like Untouchables. Even at City. I prefer the best players in every role. If Pep has untouchables, then I am not in support of it.

Don't forget that Sir Basco was the first to point out that the club actually wanted Henry to change his agent and he suggested that is partly the reason for Henry's awol attitude.

Now Basco is saying Germany seems a better destination than Scotland.

Sir TheGoodJoe, Between RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga and Celtic in scotland, where would you have Henry develop further?

I prefer Celtic because of their history. At the end, the buck ends at Onyekuru and his agent.

Eupen are ready to let Onyekuru go. Are you not reading the articles? They want him to go to a club that is not the choice of Onyekuru and his agent.

I wish there was a better solution but the shady Eupen are the unprofessional ones. If all clubs behave this way, Professional football will become a mess.
The articles I read online are mostly pushed out by Onyekuru's people.
Nobody have heard from Eupen's end of the story. As a matter of fact, the little coming our from Eupen is that they do not want to sell their best player when they are facing relegation fight.

Henry's act is unprofessional. Is it because Eupen is a "small club"? Imagine if Aguero went awol just to push a deal to Bayern Munich, what will you say in that senerio?

Where in the world have you heard a club forcing an agent on a player? If you have actually thought this through, you will know Henry's agent is being shaddy here.
Something tells me that Celtic have financially induced Henry's agent.

Henry already have a reputation as being a selfish player, this sort of publicity shows him off as being selfish not just only on the football pitch.

Osaze could be involved in this Celtic deal. His finger prints are all over the place.

You want to make points based on assumptions and what you feel. If Eupen counters the reports, it is different. For now, we work with what we know.

As for Osaze, you have no link to say he is involved. Still assumptions.

Osaze is definitely going to get a cut from the Celtic deal. When my cousin tried out at Stoke. I know what happened.

A smart person will figure out that for Osaze to be vocal about this deal, then he must be getting something. I can tell you Osaze is quite influential and popular in Belgium.

You doged the allegory I made with man city. Please do justice to that question.

Henry has a contract with Eupen till 2019 or there about. I hope you know?

Guardiola already explained that it is up to Aguero to decide if he wants to stay or go. If he wants to leave, I do not want the club holding him back. AWOL is even too far.

If Aguero went Awol just to force through a move to Juventus. What would be your comment?

Wait for it to be written in black and white before you know Osaze has a stake in this deal. Some of us are ahead of the game.

My comment is simple. I do not want City holding a player against his wishes. I always want players devoted to the team.

As for Osaze, you have no shred of evidence. Nothing. Zero, zilch, no comprende. Just allegations.

Obviously you know very little about contracts. This your comment shows you're no different from the average money grabbing Nigerian agents.
This is how they wrecked Samuel Chukwueze's potential move to Arsenal.

If a player wants to go, let him go. I only want those who are loyal to the Cityzens badge.

In a civilised environment, you don't do what you like when you're on a contract. If Aguero repeatedly fails to turn up for training and other club engagements, man city reserves the rights to report him to CAS for breach of contract. That could be the end of his career.

Breach what? I do not want it to reach the level of Breaching contract. If he wants to go, open the door and wave good bye.

No need to force him against his wishes.

When foreign clubs avoid signing Nigerian players because of a reputation of breach of contracts and going awol to push through a transfer, please do not complain.

Even when he wasn't playing regularly he was training under a good coach regularly which is one of the points that GoodJoe always points out whenever he starts debating about the importance of game time. but now that he is not going to be training under a good coach or even training with good or even average players what does that mean for us? Safarigirl I need your opinion too because...
because??

Let us wait till we see him again in the Nigerian jersey, then we can begin any discussions on if he's declining. No need to put the cart before the horse

if his agent has half a brain, he'll be marketing Kelechi to other clubs and having late night meetings with Pep.

If he can't even make the bench, then what are we talking about here?

It's so sad that all it takes to remove an awesome African player is a fancy South American one. If the tables were turned, no African player can displace any S/American one even with a fancy profile.

Forget Kelechi, there is no appreciation of African talent anywhere in the world. None at all
