They have come to a billateral agreement for the work to be finished by next week when his balance will be paid and everybody will be happy. This time legal involvement is present. So far so good. Thank you all.

I don't know per meter but I paid N4,500 per box which has 4 of 24"x24" tiles.

Very good. But you/they for let the end rest/join with the fence. If you look carefully I don't much useful space between the fence and the security house. May be it's just in the picture though.

Those wires comes in different Bundle sizes. I bought the bigger bundle for N4,600 last year. Am sure it has risen again.

This is not an excuse in my opinion, you cant abandoned the job just because price raise along the way. When he did that what did think will happen to his repetition? even with his repentance, his name as been stain. I don't understand why most of these young guys act as if they are senseless.

Iwo road has any and all tiles you need.

They have them as low as N3,000 per box.
