Hey guys, I've been using this HTC windows phone for sometime now and I've been unable to download applications........ At first it said to open a windows account which I did....... And now whenever I try it keeps saying that the windows live service is not available and I should try again later.
please guys what do I do? Does it have anything to do with my phone settings?

at the front it says Verizon........ But it's got HTC logo at the back.
