If you own a bank, and of course every customer is responsible for certain transactions, how would you react if your bank is used to launder money or defraud people?

Whether Seun likes it or not, he has to some extent some liabilities for whatever fraud comitted here.. .because he owns the platform.

True....but in the bank situation, there is no disclaimer as they have their name to protect. Buh consider another situation, a public office writing "cars parked at owner's risk" at their car park. if any thing happens to ur car whilst parked there, that public office is absolved from any liability for they forewarned u.

3. I feel a tactics of '' all escrow providers being busy '' is being explored to lure people and eventualy scam them.

these are my opinion because for now there is no issue on Jahstech as of now but NO ONE SHOULD USE HIM AS ESCROW this is my humble opinion.

i have done escrow lately not minding i joined this forum years ago but how did it happen?
my rep spoke for me. and that is what he needs to do. build a reputation that will be so visible to all and people will trust and beg him to do escrow for them.

as long as he keeps advertising his escrow service the way he is doing its a BIG RED FLAG and i will keep following him up to make sure no one falls for such crap.

But before I opted to offer this service, don't you think am already aware of the flurries of scammers on this thread? I have seen different methods being developed all of which I have been taking note of.

I am trying as much as I can to limit scam here. When people contact you for Escrow and you are unavailable, and others as well are unavailable, people are tempted to go ahead with a deal without escrow, am trying to limit that.

Am no longer responding to this issue. The Escrow I was going to render wasn't my problem, someone calling be out without reasons was my issue, if that can't be attended to then I don't see why am being advised on how to become an ESCROW

Even you stated in your escrow vacancy post that you won't be available 24hrs, I have personally done escrow@ 2am, 4am...without as much as a single complaint, and 99.95% of the time when I turn down escrow, I recommend a substitute and liaise with the substitute to make sure the deal goes down.

I wasn't advising you on how to become an escrow, rather, I was telling you to watch your back. As for you being called out, I can only speak4me, I can't address issues on what prompted someone to make a comment or why the comment was made, but I can freely @a comment I find funny or amusing.
