I think Nigeria does not have any powerful female politician at the moment. Notwithstanding, the country has some technocrats (permit me to use that term) who were/are also into politics.

1. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala
2. Amina Mohammed
3. Aisha Buhari

Yes you are right about Nigeria having more of female Technocrats of which the above quoted fall under...
However Nigeria still has some notable female politicians...

1-Sen Madamme Ekwunife(Anambra State)- She knows the in outs of politics and she has once been a gubernatorial candidate for Anambra state. Being able to compete without handicap alongside men of Timber in Anambra state the likes of Chris Ngige, Andy Uba, Charles Soludo and Peter Obi shows the kind of stuff Sen Ekwunife is made out of... currently she is set to run for the governorship elections again in Anambra state, defecting to APC.

2- Sen Florence Ita-Giwa(Cross River state) - "That woman has charisma" as quoted by Donald Duke who was the ex governor of Cross River state. When it comes to political affairs the woman knows her onions, she is one of the key reasons Cross River state is on the nations map as far as Tourism is concerned. As one of the pillars of PDP in CRS, there is a reason APC is yet to find their feet in Cross River state. Five words, "Don't joke with Mama Giwa"

3- Hon Abike Dabiri-Erewa - I would have said she is more of a technocrat based on her knowledge of international diplomacy and her versatility in diasporan relations but putting to consideration how she rose in the ranks of government, I would say her knowledge of the political feild gives her a unique edge.

She had a brief time in politics but of great impact
