visionscape is competing with cleaner lagos they are both private organisation. its like the power sector dt is being distributed.

rundown, i think u get it all wrong!....CLI is abt sweeeping d street while VSS is like d PSP dat transport wastes and also manage dem!.........they drain gutters and drainages....dey cart away wastes in companies, residence...etc....and dey pay dem......so lawma regulates dier activitues,including activities of d CLI
