Hello everyone , please I need your suggestions , I applied for drop box to renew my visa in December and was called for a follow up interview January 4th but was denied, I applied again with my husband fourth week of January and we were also denied. I want to apply alone again February ending, since I was denied twice in Abuja , do u mamas and papas in the house advice me to go back to Abuja or should I try Lagos, as am trying not to come across to the VO as desperate. My Edd is April ending. Thank you all |

Gratefulaheart: Touchy ain't you? Almost all the conversations on this thread have been over flogged. . . . And yet here we are. I didn't want to say anything because I think the guy has made enough points. . . . I just agreed with what he said. No need for you'all to get upset! 3 Likes |

Meanwhile the way you ladies attacked that guy for stating his mind is very unbecoming (kind of like how you're attacking me now by calling my post meaninglessness ) . . . Someone even accused him of being clueless because he's not a woman and doesn't have any 'maternal instinct' . . . . SMH . . . . So very sexist! I don't want to believe that this thread is degenerating to the same senseless bullying other areas of NLd is facing. Tsk Tsk. . . 6 Likes |

cremebee: I dont think you understand her story. If you did, she did not do any illegal stuff. She got a medical visa, her hubby went to apply to join her on the trip and was denied. He reapplied immediately and for some reason the VO told him her visa has also been cancelled. In her confusion, she came here and she was advised to travel on the visa to know the actual state of the cancellation, luckily, she was able to scale though. Fast forward a few months later, she tried to travel and she was asked to visit the embassy. She did and the VO cancelled her visa even though she gave them all the receipts and all that. She was advised to reapply during the interview so she came back here and we advised her to go ahead with the new interview. She attended it and defended herself, and her visa was reissued. From her story it was all a mystery, why it was cancelled in the first place and the reissuance if the visa, so in her opinion, it was just God. So what is illegal in the recap? 7 Likes |

[quote author=anonymousmum post=53326149] You did not give the reason why you were denied[/quote. I was told I wasn't eligible for visa according to section 214(b) |

My sister needs to see this ooo. She has a valid visa, she got it last year when she was pregnant and going for a medical test/treatment, unfortunately she lost the pregnancy like few months here in Nigeria before she traveled. She ended up traveling to us just for a change of environment, used like a month and returned. Now she's pregnant again but this time around, her husband wants to apply for visa so as to accompany her for the test(which is already paid for). I hope her husband will be granted d visa and her own visa won't be revoked. Because she's still here and her husband is going for interview like next week or so. Please advice. What can dey do. They re scared after reading this experience.... QUEENBIZ: |

MamaE3: You cannot just be denied a renewal. Did you apply for medical visa or you used a visiting visa for childbirth? Did you lie about being pregnant? Did you pay all your bills? 1 Like |
