Could anybody tell me the very reasons for the deduction of 3K from my salary? Or have they increase the amount of tax I paid from my monthly income?

I remember we filled OAK pension fund some time last two years, now another one, I hope they will not start deducting our money into two places.
One for legacy and the other for OAK.

That's why the educational system is falling. Money that is not enough to meet the demands of the worker is being deducted again and you expect the teacher to give all his best. I pity this country.

Your 3K deduction is not for pension.

N3000 deduction hope is not NUT dues. Because them no they waste time collect their dues!

February salary received from Eco bank.... Tai LGA(Senior Secondary) But why the deduction?

I think, it should be for pension, check your pay slip,
1. Our tax is #2,947.06 per a month.
2. Our union dues is #1,922.78 per a month.
3. NHF is #607.16 (which I don't know the full meaning) per a month.
Total #5,477.00
Which they have been deducting since we started this work.
Plus the current deduction of #3,000.00, which I think should be for pension.
Total in all #8,477.00
