If anyone knows this man, he should please advise him to amputate that leg to the point that is safe. The earlier the better for him. It might sound mean but it is the best way out when someone has a diabetic foot. If not, his family will spend money treating him daily and he will still die on the long run. A word, they say, is enough for the wise. lipsrsealed

It looks infected indeed, but good dose of strong IV anti biotics coupled with good wound management by a diabetes nurse specialist could save this man's foot.. He will need a surgical intervention, some sort of grafting perhaps.. This is pure neglect and poor management, it should never have been allowed to get to this stage..

As bad as it looks that foot can still be saved, I have seen worse cases.. Sad to see..

He should be taken home and he should start treatment from home . The hospital would not help out sometimes . The leg is gonna heal back. He should go home and he should have a personal nurse who would attend to him at home and the wound would be dressed with honey . The bacteria eating the leg would feed on the honey thereby making the honey have its healing process on the leg . Have seen worse case thank this the hospital would suggest cutting the leg and that's bad . He should go home and get a good nurse he would be on medications and honey applied on the leg . It's well . I wish him quick recovery
