Offer more services. e.g if others are offering 200 words for $5 offer 500 words for $5

use up all gig spaces: add as many gigs as possible

use realistic pictures as profile images: Instead of using american pictures as profile image, why don't you use a company logo. It shows how professional you are

Add keywords to your gig description and profile description

Don't accept orders that will hurt your account

Create good proposals to use on buyer's request

OLD USERS
Always tweak your gigs

Use up all gig spaces: I guess it's 20

Rank your gigs( contact me for this service)

Use the buyer's request more often: send me a message for my killer template

Accept orders that will give you 5 star rating

Don't force cancellation. Make sure your buyer responds and both of you agree to it

Have you taken time to read Fiverr terms of service? please if you have not, try and do so.


The best you can do in this situation is to demand for extra payment, design the logo for free if you can, or report to customers care (last resort).

Please don't try to deliver same thing over again. The client will use it against you and CS will not hesitate to cancel the order should the buyer report because that is a very serious offense.


Please thread with care. Fiverr is disabling accounts anyhow these days. Please make enquiry.
