Do not run and bang your head on d wall,it's part of d game d boy should just brace up for d challenges ahead and try to convince Pep in training or what do u think coz no option till end of d season.

Nacho needs to sort out his future at d end of d season. He need to move on if Pep doesn't considered him as it now.My major concern now is our national team which Nacho is integral part, definitely it w have an effect but it is left for him to raise up his game anytime in national colour.I know Rohr w not be happy at d moment and Nacho too w not be happy at d development.

I don't want to go into training aspect coz no player w be happy sitting on d bench or not even making match day squad and be happy enjoy d training and d drilling in d guise of working with a great coach.

Honestly have realized that Pep has a philosophy that thegoodjoe always talks about coz he said Aguero doesn't fit into Pep philosophy which i disagreed but with Aguero dropping to d bench then truly he doesn't fit in.

It seems all this while Pep was waiting for Nacho to prove a point in d absence of Aguero, but he failed to impress impatient Guardiola, this prompted Pep to continue using Aguero until arrival of Gabriel Jesus.
The arrival of Gabriel Jesus has put Aguero on d bench and Nacho out of d match day squad.

Very insightful write up.

I think Aguero is still on the squad because of his heavy tag. He is the third highest goal scorer in the history of Manchester City. One of the best strikers in the history of the EPL.

I think Guardiola made his mind on Gabriel Jesus a long time. Remember, before the big Gabriel Jesus buzz, Guardiola snapped him. Called him to join City even before the Olympics.

I think another problem that affected Iheanacho was Sane's growth. I think planned to Play Jesus on the left, Sterling right and Aguero forward. With Sane being in good form, it was time to drop Aguero. I think now we can understand what the meeting was for. Aguero is going.

No one enjoys sitting on the bench. However, we can not deny the impact these trainings is having on the player. Caballero's footwork is a testament.

I am after improvement in quality. Nacho doing these drills and maintaining a healthy lifestyle will improve him fast. The thought of Iheanacho leaving these, gives me chills because I do not know if he can maintain it without Guardiola's guidance.

I still support Nacho leaves because it is time he starts proving himself regularly on the big stage. I hope he maintains his lessons from Guardiola.

I'm not happy about it too but I had to admit the truth. I'm not a fan of the goal poacher kind of striker too which typifies Iheanacho, if they're not scoring then you will be angry why they're on the pitch at all

This is a very hard question to answer.

In my experience the word. OPPORTUNITY is the definitive thing that will determine greatness and can I add of all things the. GRACE OF GOD.

Is Ademola the best young winger in league 1 and or the championship. I don't think so, if Ademola was at Liverpool Academy would he be the stand out player. But he got the opportunity with very good packaging.

In general the EPL is higher than the Bundesliga and there are too many Nigerian boys playing and making waves at thier clubs.

You know you will count the number of Black boys very easily across the German leagues. They are not many so they easily stand out.

My query is that Rohr is taking the easy way out, the German leagues are his comfort zone. By rational probability just by sheer numbers there really should be a lot more boys from England being considered.

Consider this small boy see link below

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3879150/Liverpool-sign-15-year-old-man-mountain-Emeka-Obi-fighting-competition-Stoke-starlet.html

There are too many too mention, that's why I say it seems that English boys are being overlooked by Rohr. Outside of Nigeria the place with the highest number of potential top players of Nigerian origin is the UK.

I do believe there are potential talents in Germany but without doubt there are way much much more in the UK.

You should also consider Rohr's time in the youth system of Germany. Maybe he has a better network to study the German talents and get detailed report on them compared to England.

Iheanacho does more than goal poaching but majority of his attacking instincts lies in attacking the box. He does most of what Gabriel Jesus brings, like tracking back, dropping deep and making busting runs from the midfield to the box. What separates Gabriel Jesus is that he does this a lot. I pointed it out to some friends today. Gabriel Jesus is almost like a ten most of the game.

What gives me hope is that Nacho can actually play that role which he does when he plays as a second striker. I believe as a smart young man, he will pick up.

If Nacho adds more fluidity, work rate and stamina to his game, he will become lethal.

The highlight of Gabriel Jesus game today was when he called on his team-mates to keep up with his pressing. Reminded me of when Iheanacho did the same against Algeria.

From the look of things, Aguero is leaving Manchester City. If Guardiola does not buy a high profile striker to fit that role, do you think Iheanacho should still leave Manchester City? Consider he still has a lot to learn.

Iheanacho should go on loan to a smaller club in the premier league for either a season or two where he is sure of playing football regularly and not just sitting on the bench or not appearing on match day squad after long hours of training.

Consider Aguero leaving. It means he will get playing time. That is where my confusion is. Unless we secure a high profile hitman, I see Nacho breaking into the side, along side Sane and Gabriel Jesus. I see Sterling falling off. He was still not convincing today.

I don't think so, I actually suggested that if Iheanacho improves enough, city might be willing to let go of an ageing, injury prone aguero than letting go of the first graduate of their youth project with enough potential to be a world beater.

I was even secretly hoping the stereotype that Brazilians don't farewell in epl to be true so our boy gets his chance

He won't still get much playing time because G.Jesus would still start ahead of him and the likes of Nolito and KDB are still around to fill the striking position. Iheanacho needs steady gametime.

Nolito will definitely leave too. He is not young and lots of Spanish coaches feel he is quality.

I think I agree with you concerning regular playing time. After this year, I think Iheanacho needs a platform to show how good he is. It is a tough one when you consider how good City plays. The quality of young talents in the team and the proposed stars joining the team.

City will soon have one of the best squads in Europe. I am not sure if leaving that environment is the best for Nacho.

But, your regular playing time makes a lot of sense.

I want to make a list of players fighting for a position from the goalkeeper to the striker in the National team. I want us to arrange them based on your own rating. grin

I start will from the Left Wing.

LEFT WING

Victor Moses - Chelsea; Arguably, the best player for this position. With his tricks, he can unlock any defense in the world. In short, he is the most skilful player in the National team. He is the number one on my list. He can also play as a RM. grin- Now, who can deputize for him in case of the unexpected?

Now, let us choose between Moses Simon and Ademola-lookman though we have other players contending for this position. grin

Moses Simon - Gent; I don't really know what is happening to him recently but I think he is my second choice for now pending the guy behind him surpasses him. And who is that guy? cheesy

Ademola-lookman - Everton; This is the new kid on the block making rave in the Premier League. This guy could go places at the rate he has risen from nowhere to becoming a full team player within three years. He's a good dribbler, he is skilful, he can score goals and he can give an accurate long pass. I rate him highly than Moses Simon. grin

We also have Sheyi Ojo who plays for Liverpool.

RIGHT WING

Ahmed Musa - Lec city; He is not my preferred choice but he's of course the number one on my list based on experience and other factors. I think he is best used as a Left Winger or striker.

Who do you think is best to stand for him incase...? grin

I think Isaac Success of Watford is the answer and my preferred choice. He's a reminiscent of Victor Moses. He is very skillful and direct but he has lost his goal sense based on what I saw. Imagine, Victor Moses on the Left Wing with Success on the right wing, grin any team go fear fear na. grin

The next person is Sone Aluko of Fulham. I think he is most skilful not in the National team. He can play as a second striker and as an attacking midfielder. grin

Imoh Ezekiel could have been on the list but where em dey get as em be. grin

We have Noel Joel Sarenren Bazee also contending for this position. grin

Center Forward

This one I know know who I go put as number one for this position before some people chew me raw. Seriously, we need a potent striker in the mould of Diago Costa of Chelsea. grin

I don't want to think about Odion Ighalo because of em Chinko move. grin

Therefore, I will go for Aaron Samuel of CSK Moscow. grin It is my choice. grin You can choose yours. grin

The next will be Brown Ideye.

We have Adi, Sadiq Umar, Dominic Solanke, Tammy Abraham, Henry Onyekuru, Kayode Olanrewaju and

My front line up will be like this..

....... Victor (Lw)........ Aaron (CF)........ Isaac(RW)

................................ Iheanacho(Ss)/Iwobi depending on the formation.

Let me drop this one before moving to the midfield. grin

If there is any player missing please endeavor to add to the list then choose ya first and second choice. grin

My problem with a loan is that Iheanacho will miss out on all the trainings to gel the team. It is either he stays or he leaves totally. I do not see a loan as an option because in one way or the other, it will slow him down.

Yes Ndidi was really impressive and was the Man of the match for Leicester City. Ndidi is playing very well as a result of regular playing time when he was in Genk.
