Vision 2019. Its easier said than done. Nigeria suppose to be selling refined PMS but because of greed and lack of future plan our past leader has brought us to this situation. the world "obsolete" must be having a new meaning. The refineries might be old, but we have older refineries in other parts of the world. My first hand experience and check shows that the four refineries are working even though not at optimum and this is something that has not happened in decades.
