Kelvdimeji:Congratulations on the crossing over, very few make it that far. U already on the right path just keep up the hard work, be consistent, never go a day without going through your class notes backed up with textbooks. All the best dont worry with time "Chinese" will be ur normal lingo .. Meaning you would be using all those big big words to play... Oh and remember to always relate all you do to real life... The biochemical activities, normal physiologu, anatomy etc.. Cheers bro, see you at the top.. Was in ur shoes few weeks ago.. |

Oogway:There's no such thing like a Dentist earns higher, we have different specialties in both Dentistry and Medicine. The highest paid specialty in Dentistry is orthodontics, and orthodontists don't earn as high as Radiologists, Anaesthesiologists and Neurosurgeons. 1 Like |

Oogway:Beginner, aside ABU that stopped crossn over to mbbs 2yrs ago..and few schools which do not allow..I for sure knw that these schools, Uni ilorin, uni ibadan, unn, uniben, AAU, unizik bsu and others nt mentioned here allow crossing over. Dnt mislead folks here man. Thank u. |
Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Oogway: 12:26am On Feb 09, 2017 |
xlow: 1stly, I didn't school in Unizik 2ndly, you should try passing Pharm and lab medicine. 3rdly, I have gotten what u are still trying to get and not sure of finishing 4th Done and dusted that, Passed USMLE and gone beyond shores in areas you can't even dream of specialising During my time in school i was Student Union President and face of my school. You should learn to attack the point rather than the person. You still havnt given me the list I asked for 2 Likes |

xlow: You are quick to mention things you know nothing about, the only way to cross over to medicine in UNN, UNIZIK,UI is direct entry, UTME or Predegree. Don't embarrass yourself publicly please. As for others I would verify. |

Dbrainiac1: Stop peddling lies in a faceless forum and try passing JAMB. The pics below would shut you up. This are screen shots of your posts on various topics in various forums in 2016 and 2017. Next time show respect to people above you. With this attitude I doubt you can make it into medical school. When you don't respect you seniors in Medicine progress for you would be very difficult. You need to be very humble and patient to succeed in Medicine..

xlow: One more thing, If you finally get admission into medicine this year after you write JAMB AGAIN, and u are humble enough to make it through. I'll be very willing to give you the 850 dollars you need to write the 1st step and stage in USMLE. I know it has always been your childhood dream. Also be willing to give you some advice and past questions on it. Never be quick to attack a persons character on an online forum. It's your type that when they aren't smart enough to make it to medicine, they endup attacking doctors in JOHESU P.S next time you wanna tell a lie on an online forum, 1st do a background check and cover your tracks. This last picture is for the road. Bye 1 Share

Oogway:Obvious I wasn't wrong saying u re just a bigginner bagged up with a deadly pride.. Laughs.. And now the year2 homeboi feels fuffilled In life with all the past post n quotes u grabbed. U need a life partner. Ur lies are lame..finished medicine n done with usmle that has over 2steps with sub-steps and a limit of 7yrs to be written? I myt not be in the said 400l which ur claims revealed, (since u knw hw homeboiz would wanna get themselves upgradded by adding a lil bit of sugar) buh u were such a dunce to still tag me an aspirants. In Falz Voice. + my argument still remains the fact that, u can switch to medicine after year one IN SOME SCHOOLS ONCE U HAVE A GOOD GP if u are in a medical related course like bch, mcb, med rehab, med lab etc. Hope u get that. USMLE graduate!! Hahahaha. Less I 4get, u need to upgrade ur spoken English Oo.. Ur choice of words... Kai, lols n he wrote usmle fa. Hahaha. wen u re nt sure if u'll mk it to nnewi in year 2. 1 Like |

xlow: Lolz, bro can't you make a fact without calling names, you're a very young lad more like a kid brother I never had. Just for the sake of the people reading: UNITED STATES MEDICAL LICENCING EXAMINATION has 3 steps you pass 1 before moving to the next. I told you i will pay for your Step 1, I never said it had only 1 step. Step 1 is the basics: Anatomy, BCM,Physiology, Pharmacology,Laboratory medicine (Haematology,Histopath, chem path, Microbiology). It's an 8hrs online exams divided into multiple sections. It cost 850$ currently during my time it was cheaper. We have step 2 Clinical knowledge, where they test your ability to make diagnosis, etc. it's also written. Same price 850$ We have Step 3 Clinical skills, (possibly the most stressful and expensive stage). It can only be taken in US and only in a few states. Did my in texas. Here they test your skills on clerking a patient, performing physical exams, diagnosis, etc. Finally, the 3 step. Would have given u a list of the past cutoff percentage during my time. But you can't even pass JAMB let alone a foreign exams. Back to my quote, try getting into the University 1st before talking about things you know little about: Transferring to Medicine in a tertiary institution is very difficult because of the following reasons: Most times Medical students make the best CGPA in 100lv, so they won't be anything wowing about your 4.0 to the dean of medicine as vertually most medical student get above that 2ndly, we have the quota system. Yearly thousands of people apply for medicine and the department always mostly admit fully their quota and those who fail out after 100lv are mostly replace by Direct Entry students in 200. I could go on and on. But why argue with a mere JAMBITE. Who has no respect. If i were you I would be level headed and study. Transfer to medicine after 200lv is almost impossible in the Nigerian system. Most of those schools you mentioned don't allow Medicine transfer. I know because I went to one. Don't always JUMP into arguments you have lil facts about arming yourself with bedroom gist. I mess you up once, don't let me do it again. Speaking about English, I would really like you to point out my flaws beyond simple typographic errors. I would really love to learn from you bro. Lolz. Told you earlier, don't attack/tackle the person tackle the argument, don't be quick to call names on a public forum. You never know who you chatting with. #ADVICE 3 Likes |
