Why did you keep uploading when they were rejecting?
Contact their support and tell them you have your Birth Certificate, the allow it too, for verification.

See the old BIRTH Cert, will be rejected by skrill, get a new old i will post the sample so u can see.

3RNEST is right, i sent my old birth cert and they rejected it with a reply that i should send national ID, d'licence or intl passpt. I sent them voters card and they acceptd & verified my account. Thanks to 3RNEST. Hoping they wont block my acct oneday, lol

if you have new skrill account

BUY Skrill from one source, indicate in the message box (Skrill Funds Trading)

Keep buying from the source, if you change the buyer, use same tag "Skrill Funds Trading)

Reason: if they block your account " you can xplain to them better bcuz all transaction indicate "Skrill funds trading" or Forex Trading...

As much cards at your own risk... DOA document will be rejected simply send them clear voters card or recent birth certificate..

I just opened skrill account and verified my email. That is all I have done. Now I want to fund it with $150 from my nettler and send to someone using skrill.

Please will I be able to perform the transaction since I have not done any other form of verification apart from email address

Oga 3RNEST, I just opened a Skrill account for my brother using all his real details such as Debit Cards, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Date of Birth etc except for the email addresses which I used mine (different Name and Date of Birth) and now Skrill "temporarily restricted" the account immediately. I also used his card to upload a $98 which is still hanging there as "pending" after being debited by my bank.

Skrill is asking for "valid identity" to lift the restriction on the account. Please what's the easiest way you can advise to resolve this issue with them?

Email verification is different Oga.. I always advice verification before transaction to avoid stress and story da touch.

$150 no bi beans oh... As am speaking $3000 is stock in restricted account they keep on promising and fail.

The thing is, my brother has no International Passport, no Voters Card or even a Driving License, only a National ID Card which is on temporary slip. My $98 is still hanging there with them, please kindly do help.

Oga try and get one of those valid document for your brother and send to them, there is nothinq i can do to help man!
