good now all you have to do is wait for yo be admitted after admittance you'll be sent your I-20 form which will be used for SEVIS registeration and payment which cost $200 then you'll pay your visa application fee of #54,400 @ gtbank,fill your ds-160 form submit and print then you'll schedule for you visa appointment. you don't need to pay your school fees thou some schools do ask for a little deposit but most don't.. even if you're asked about payment of school fees @ the embassy then your answer will either be a Yes or No depending on whether you do or not. its not a requirement for getting visa nor is it compulsory.. likely they may not ask about that or they might so its not a thing to worry about. wish you all the best!!

You have to be admitted first. They will contact you on whats needed for them to issue you I-20 after being admitted.

Well this particular school says you'd have to submit all the required documentations, and pay the admission fees, before they'd send you the admission letter and I-20.. southern Arkansas university precisely.. I sent off all the documents they requested and paid the fee for both I-20 shipment and admission abi acceptance fee ..

What I am saying it, merely sending documents and paying application fee doesn't guarantee admission. You have to be admitted first. You have been offered admission if I get you clearly. If that is so, then it shouldn't take more that 1 to 3 weeks for process I-20.

it can take 2-3weeks to get your admission decision and then your I-20 if admitted.goodluck!

well it seems you've been admitted already correct me if I'm wrong. in that case your I-20 should be ready as soon as possible the shipping will take about 3-7 days

I don't know if I'm admitted yet, since they didn't send no admission letter.. but they said I'll be notified when my I-20 is ready, me sef, I've been wondering how it's possible to get an I-20 without having the admission letter, until my classmate who's studying in the USA said I'll get both when the I-20 is ready.. (said that's how his school did) anyways.. I just want to confirm if there's anything like that ..

well normally its after your admission your I-20 will be sent so since you're not yet admitted officially it can take 2-3weeks to be admitted then your I-20 will be sent to you..some schools give admission first and it still takes 2-3weeks before they ask for other supporting documents for your I-20 to be issued..so it should be the same thing but different steps

He said he paid his app fee and submitted other supporting docs, and the reply he got from the school was that his application is under review and he will be notified once his i20 is ready.
So this means that the modus operandi in his school is to give admission alongside the i20.
He should allow a month for the whole process.
