- You MUST belong to NYSC 2016 Batch B - Stream 2 just leaving camp.
- Must live/be posted in Lagos state
- We are very time conscious so proximity of residence to Ikeja should not be far
- We don't care about your class of degree, but we want people from a top university
- Graduates from a Federal university in Nigeria or Covenant or Babcock University will have a clear advantage.
- What's most important to us is your drive to be successful.
- Please note this is not a typical 9-5 job (there are some long days)
- You must have strong negotiation skills
- You must understand the sales process (Recruitment is a two way sales process - sell the role to candidates and sell the candidates to clients)
- We don't ask you to have any experience, but we want you to be smart, focused and have a passion for Talent.
- You must be very technology savvy. Technology is what drives our business.
- Your communication skills must be excellent.

Good evening fams and happy Valentine. pls I have a little problem that I want you guys to help out with. I was asked to submit my CV by one organization in Lagos, now this is the problem, I held some leadership positions back then in school and also received some awards from my dept and faculty. Now am at a cross road whether to include this positions held and awards received in the CV.
Secondly I gained experience as a teacher before gaining admission cause I taught in the same school I finished from before entering school, I also worked as a sales rep in one of the juice manufacturing firm in the country, now can I include all these into the CV even though this experience is not really related to what this company is into?
I'm so confused right now cause this is the first time of being asked to submit my CV by a BIG organization.

NOTE: This organization is a MAJOR player in the oil & gas industry in the country.
