Not that I support the act carried out by the corper, infact I condemn it to the fullest and even bragging about it online makes me feel the guys sanity should be checked, but majority of those people posting hate comments are people who are also guilty of such act, I was once a corper and I am a witness to what majority of the male corpers do to this young female students, I am so positive that so many of this people insulting and reigning courses on that have done, doing or will do similar things in their service year. It depends on the jurisdiction. In some jurisdictions, consent of the minor could be, at best, a mitigating factor during the sentencing phase. If the accused person can show that the victim consented to the act, the accused person's punishment could be lessened. But he/she would most likely not be acquitted of the offense.

But if he had sexual relations with a sec school student, who is legally an adult, no charges can be brought against him.

This is not the last we will hear of this. Is NYSC reading?

Maybe women develop a stronger urge for sex as they get older but men it is wen they are young from their teen.
