Today makes it two months since the aptitude test success mails were sent. Sometimes I even forget I am still in the middle of a recruitment process. What could be delaying them? This is becoming a certain reputation for snaily recruitments.

your concern is widespread. we are getting tired these delayed recruitment process. I can imagine how upset one will be should he/she not end up making the cut

Finally, FMN has woken from hibernation. Mails have started rolling in for the second stage.

Who else has got it? What should we be expecting? It seems like it's going to be an AC with that kind of dresscode and time frame.

By the looks of it this is likely going to be an AC. You wouldn't need to dress in a certain way to attend just an exam. It has to be that some activities have been lined up to assess candidates. The time frame is another indicator.

I think you should find out more about Assessment Centers. Read articles on it, watch videos on YouTube and just research generally. In addition, I think it would be very helpful to read up on flour milling, about FMN (their corporate overview, history, corporate culture etc) and any other thing that rocks your boat from politics to economics to technology etc.

Their criteria for invitation is anyone's guess for now. Let's see what the rest of the week brings. And if no invite yet, I guess we'll have to wait till Monday to find out what's going down.

Congrats, i wish u all the best... I hope we all will be informed early enough as i will be travelling from the east when i am invited.
Assessment center is very complicated (my experience with KPMG) and i feel this may be a new exercise in FMN so we may not be able get info from present staff. God help us!!! Good luck and keep us posted
