those colleague i told in my office in 2015 january can not argue it because i told them about profligacy and dollarized economy has a danger.

as at november 2014, ATM without PIN was borrowing to pay salary.
why? because Crude oil has nosedived in 6 months.

as at when he was borrowing to pay salary, we were still on 65 USD per barrel.

you all know it was 28 USD per bbl in may/aug 2015.

massive looting under buhari hater's hero (alias ATM) was like nigerians eating their cake.
