I think either way is good, If you have documents that can back up the landed property sold, you can deposit the bulk in your account and back it with LOE. However, you can as well pay the bulk into your spouse account and she later transfer it to your account which is also an acceptable source and attach your LOE as well. My opinion though {quote author=senator77 post=53751993]Hi All, I'm a silent follower of this thread and i really appreciate all your contributions on this platform. My question is : i intend to sell my landed property worth about 10mill and use as POF. Do i need to explain the source of bulk fund on LOE or i should just deposit it in my spouse acct and she later transfer to my account. Please i need your response, plssss.

Thanks Your job, and the work you have done in the past, must be skill type 0, or level A or B to use Express Entry use the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp to find the classification for your occupation, what precisely are your job functions to give a clear idea of which occupation classification is best for you .Meanwhile use the link above to have a look at NOC 6314 and 6235
|

It should bro since the legal agreement would have indicated who the previous owner is (Your name in this case)and also shows the ownership transfer of the said property (between you and the buyer). senator77: |

Are you sure you truthfully assessed yourself to have scored at least 67 points out of 100? What of your credential assessment? Has it been done? I asked because you can't enter the pool without your ECA reference number. The IELTS test is also a must before you can enter the pool. mrsJustveryOkay: |

mrsJustveryOkay: @mrsjustveryokay.. And other gurus in the house, please how can one rate his or herself. I've seen a link where it's total eligibility score is 100 and applicant is expected to score 67. Also I've seen another where applicant is expected to score 437 or there about. Please which is the actual one to use to check ones suitability? Thank u |

Okay, noted. Pls I just discovered another thing with my sister now, I'm not up to 1yr on current job but 6+ more (overall). Could this be a reason for my ineligibility? Thanks Pinkygrace: |

Check the figure you put as money you will be going to Canada with. Compare with the requirement for the size of your family and make sure it is slightly higher or at par. mrsJustveryOkay: |
