Ngozi123: *And what are you waiting for all these years you have been saying "We want to leave"? *Who is tying you down? *What does it take to go to the East for Christmas and not come back....... *What does it take for all your Representatives in the NASS to QUIT and go form their own assembly in Nnewi? *What does it take to recall all your people from every nook and cranny of Nigeria.... and relocate back to your East? *What does it take to resign all your Federal Appointment and make good your threat to quit Nigeria? *What does it take to stop investing in other people's land and repatriate the investments to the Ibo lands? This your Biafra, are you going to actualise it by just abusing others, wailing that they tied you down like Naama the goat, crying daily about marginalisation........ or by doing what you should do: PACK-UP and LEAVE Everyone that supports your agitation is expecting you to act by relocating everything you own ....yet you just dey fall hand! Everyday, at least One Thousand of you dump your Homeland in the East and run to Lagos, yet you start crying "they wont allow us to go"! Go and let us hear word joor, everyone is fed up with your silly antics. Lastpage! 10 Likes 2 Shares |

You suppose to know by now dah a number of pple derive pleasure in taunting igbos and we fall for it easily...we even drop loopholes in our arguments to enable dem taunt further.... if we ignore insulting remarks and rather respond with argument devoid of loopholes...I'm telling you, they'll get tired of it (dahs d way it's done real life, forget online) I prefer to respond to pple's intent rather than face value(words)... my humble submission 1 Like |

I'm not Igbo but I recognize a colossal failure when I see one. Nigeria is a disaster.. Fusing and creating borders amongs different ethnic with foreign cultures like the British Colonists did was a recipe for disaster. The Berlin conference set Africa back. Hopefully when Igbos finally exit Nigeria it can be done peacefully with a referendum similar to Brexit. 5 Likes |

totit: Nevermind them. The Igbo's did not develop Lagos. I am from the Brazilian headquarters. Na my people the Brazilians wey build Brazillian headquarters. Na us Brazilians wey come back from Brazil build Lagos. We are the (alongside Edo's and Yoruba's) ones who built Campus, Broad Street and such and such. Not Igbos, so please miss me with the Igbo's built Lagos talk. Igbos came to Lagos because it is like mini London to them. The Edo's and Yoruba's founded Lagos. No be Igbo. Besides no one forced you guys, you came at free will. Why didn't you build Onitsha and co? Later you people will be screaming Afonja are traitors. You betrayed yourselves. 6 Likes |

laudate:this tribe you made mention have benefited from the share even as a minority. I know what I am saying when it comes to been in the military/para military as an Igbo in the federal states. it does not go well on them. to tell you the truth, things became fair when obasanjo came into power. he changed the system completely from salary payment, transfer, position ranking etc. he made it equal at every level.. if people can say bad about obasanjo but to me, i respected him more when he overhaul the system. it was no more as it used to be when the northerners takes all. as as we know, Nigeria is a step forward but 10steps backward. please my issue is not with any tribe but what I despised seeing is when somebody with no certificate or experience who just arrived into the job, becomes a boss in the federal sector.. you might not know the pain maybe a friend or family has not suffered such loss which is why you talk this way. it is better you give them the republic they ask for. is it by force to be in the same Nigeria with you. 1 Like |

Funlordmaniac: God bless you oooo! The other day I saw an article about Onitsha and the current state of the economy and etc and I was shocked. Because they will come to Lagos and abuse Yoruba people and say they are unclean and what have you. It doesn't make any sense. Please read the article here - https://www.theguardian.com/cities/2017/feb/13/polluted-onitsha-nigeria-perpetual-dust-city-world-worst-air I feel like a lot of people are just hypocrites and looking for someone or in our case - a tribe of people to blame. 5 Likes |

360command: Again, I am asking you if it is only the Igbo that have suffered from what you described here. To the best of my knowledge, other ethnic groups especially minorities, have also experienced the same thing in the military/para military agencies, so what else is new? And what do you mean by saying "this tribe you made mention have benefited from the share even as a minority." What share?? As for your closing statement, where you claimed: "it is better you give them the republic they ask for. is it by force to be in the same Nigeria with you." I was not aware that anyone was dragging them back. When an ethnic group wants to leave a country, there are specific political steps they need to take, in order to achieve their exit. Your people have not done so, instead they keep lamenting that others are not letting them go. Do they think that after making such an announcement, the next thing that will automatically happen, is that a new republic will be carved out for them by the authorities? Is that the way it is done? 6 Likes |

Opakan2: GEJ proved that he is no better than Obasanjo and Buhari. In fact, all these President (present and past) irrespective of tribes are all the same. When GEJ was in power he did nothing for us yet they want to complain about Buhari and blame Yoruba's for him being elected. They are just looking for someone to blame. When GEJ we never abused Igbo's cuz we aint petty. Good luck to them sha. 1 Like |

laudate: Dude! ur wasting your time, there is no love between hausa, igbo and yoruba, sooner or later they will head to their various nations. Three captins cannot run one ship. Nigeria is a nation with three founding fathers instead of one. There are at least three countries in Nigeria.(minimum) They wont stay together beco there is too much bad blood. It does not matter wat ur people think or feel, Igbos dont care right now, wat we care about is wat is good for us and how we feel. Before it was IPOB, now it is Igbo leaders, fact here is they are tired and want out of Nigeria. They are no longer interested or believe in Nigeria. 3 Likes |

waternogetenemy: Those of you that want to leave should recall your senators, legislators, ministers, federal appointees etc., to Igbo land. Before they leave, just ask them to raise the issue of your new republic on the floor of the house, in the green and red chamber. The topic should be debated thoroughly and concluded. Then, they should take all the necessary political steps to activate their exit. Chikena! All this IPOB propaganda on NL, is quite unnecessary. 3 Likes |

They dont feel Nigerian or want to be called Nigerian. If u dont listen ur no different from a rapist. They have a right to self determination. 1 Like |

waternogetenemy: Senators Exchange Blows As Biafra Mentioned You are free to believe whatever you like about Nigeria. Your opinions do not affect or change anything. As for the debate in the senate, your representatives turned the place into a boxing arena, instead of a place where serious issues are treated. Let them raise the issue of biafra on the floor of the House of reps and Senate again. Even the writer of that story, published a disclaimer, meaning he was not sure of the accuracy of the story. So why did you delete the disclaimer from your post? DISCLAIMER: We got this from a user submission; we are yet to verify the information. When the Biafra issue has been properly debated and satisfactorily concluded, they should let the rest of us know. As for the rest of your post claiming that Nigeria will expire by 2014, please post the real legal document backing it up here, so we can read and verify. 3 Likes |

laudate:they have made reports to national house of assembly, submitted reports to the UN.like you said, there are steps in other for them to achieve it.. even the president has said " the unity of Nigeria is non negotiable". to me, these Igbo's have the capabilities to achieve their goal so as any other tribal regions but to these people they have been segregated so much. I can testify to you and say what I know, even with whatever degree an Igbo man carries today and he is in any military / paramilitary role, as long as a northern man is in power , I repeat"a northern man" the Igbo's will not smell any big position.. |

laudate: Go and find it, google is ur friend. NASS is fully aware of Biafra and their many peaceful protesters murdered by Nigeria Army, let dem be responsible and call a Biafra referendum. It is as simple as that. Scotland did it and even Britain did it to EU. It is democratic and proper given the circumstances and demand. Let the SE decide via a referendum vote or is it that u people cannot trust us with the UN conducted referendum to vote? Ekweremadu is the deputy Senate President, he has raised the matter and the NASS is aware of it. They should fulfil their democratic obligation and give the people of the South East a referendum on Biafra. That is the next step. If u cannot agree with that, good night mate, i dont have all night. 2 Likes |

360command: You are very strange. When General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) was head of state, who was the most senior military man, that was his second-in-command? Was it not Commodore Ebitu Ukiwe from Abiriba, an Igbo man? Rear Admiral Allison Madueke was also Chief of Naval Staff under Sani Abacha, a Kanuri man from the North. Please drop this victim mentality mode. It doesn't suit you. 3 Likes |
