Plus it is hard to achieve a muscle mass like kemen or bassey with out resorting to supplements or even steroid.
Very true, I have tried several times to build without supplements...

After a week, I usually end up burnt out.


My muscles lock and i cant evem lift an empty bucket without having to bend 90 degrees.

As far as I am concerned, TTT is the fakest person in that house.. I have been mentally giving him all the excuses I can think of but that niggar is fake.. There is a thin line between strategy and an outright lie.. One of the deepest thing to any real guy is his immediate family.. How can ur conscience take the fact that u pretend like they don't exist.. Maybe you are going at it the wrong way bro. You can still build a well structured, toned physique without exhausting your muscles.
Just trade drugs for fresh vegetables and proteins .Maybe your lifting all wrong, do you bend your back while dead lifting? And are you squatting and bench pressing very well? You need to get a trainer, many people have achieved great muscle built without resorting to drugs.
