I did the process for my wife (till she got ECA report) and i can tell you that you DON'T need to be licensed before getting PR. You only need to evaluate your degree through physiciansapply.ca using SVR, then proceed with the other steps.

To get licensed in a province as an IMG, i believe you know that one needs to write atleast MCCEE (depending on the province and the new regulations coming up soon 2018/2019)?

So bro, for this PR thingy, you don't need to write any MCC licensing exam. Just pay the fees at different stages to getting your ECA report from MCC.

this is the minimum if u get 9 in speaking and writing and reading and 7.5 in listening its a waste they dont look at total scores.

manipulate the scores of ielts and see the difference , how just 7 in listening can be 425 and 8 can be 475

However, you can send to the address below, but all these formalities are really trivial, when a "To whom..." is considered appropriate sometimes.

they didnt ask for POF at all , u have ur landing card if u bringing more than 10k canadian dollars pls declare,
the majot thing they want is an address in canada where they can send ur PR card after 6-8 weeks, else nothing much the already have u on there system. they can ask if u have ever commited a crime bla bla but u say no.

the tell u to sign ur copr and take the one with the picture.

Please, i've been worked with a particular establishment to a long time and i have done 2 two type of NOC job duties as a result of promotion within that period. Should i ask for a single reference letter to cover both job duties or i should ask the establishment the reference letter into two with each of them showing job duties done with a particular period of time?.

2. Besides will I include educational activities since i had my masters Degree Within the 10 years requested.

It is advisable he transfers the lump sum into your account and writes an LOE to that effect.
