Daslimo:References letter is very important. did you choose the paper route for your reference, if yes then you need to send them a copy via courier. I chose the online route so a reference form was sent to my referees to fill online, so I don't have to physical mail a reference letter. I don't know if you can change from paper route to online route after submission(that's if you want to), but you can always mail them. I myself want to change one of my referees. so the sch of grad studies didn't say anything about sending an official transcript ba? guess its safe to say we should chill on that matter. |

Good day all. I am expecting my admission from Uni of New Brunswick any moment from now. Specifically, i applied for Bsc Accounting. I am 35yrs married with 2kids. I have HND Accounting (Distinction) and have banking work experience of over 8yrs, voluntarily resigned last year. University of New Brunswick will let me finish d degree program in 2yrs and i may do a MBA right after. I plan to go with my 2 kids while hubby will stay back working in Nigeria. He'll be our sponsor. Pls advise me on how to go about applying for the student visa. Do I need an agent to help put together my application, do i apply with the kids and hubby or the kids alone or as a single application? What are my chances. Hubby plans to provide a POF of 40mil, is this good enough? Kindly advise me on how to go about this. Thanks all |

TheBatman:The department does not require you to look for a supervisor but it increases your chances of getting admitted.if you are considered eligible by the school of graduate studies the department will match you with available supervisors |

GodsLastBorn: Not to discourage you, but getting excited or being curious about these areas just isn't enough (particularly for research programs). They need more concrete reasons and evidence that you can succeed in the program. Are you ready for advanced graduate level courses in these areas? Would you be able to cover the graduate materials and graduate in 2years duration? If you're truly passionate about CS, you can start using sites like Coursera.org to take online courses and acquire necessary background. 1 Like |
