Nairaland and Nairalanders, let us say no to this inhumane act of taking pictures of crushed accident victims! It's wickedness! Would you have snapped or shared this gory picture if this person was your father, mother, brother or sister? The answer is no! This is no news! Lalasticlala, fear God and stop encouraging people to take pictures of gory, crushed accident victims! What's the pleasure in seeing a fellow human being crushed and mangled beyond recognition?

I think Seun should do something about it. Let people have their dignity even when dead. How does the family cope ? With the dead and then the horrific pictures splashed all over the internet.

sometimes its not about this truck drivers, its about the okada and marwa riders, this riders are always very reckless and careless, weeks back i boarded a marwa in sokoto, ofcourse there was a communication barrier, there was lil to nothing i could do than yell at him, cuz of his attitudes i began to wonder if accidents dont happen in this part of the country at all, luckily the trucks kept overtaking, he finally dropped me off and i discovered his brake system was faulty, instead of fixing it he'd rather go pick the next passenger,if you v ever driven a car you'd know how smooth/hard it is to keep it on track sometimes, how much more a 22wheeled truck, rip to the young man, another lesson to the living.

What exactly was he doing on a major highway? Avoidable death. That is the lawlessness we talk about everyday.
High way my foot. seriously speaking, u have little knowledge about the accident spot and as such dont jump into conclusion. when any incoming vehicle approaches junction, the driver ought to slow down albeit its inside auchi town, but dangote drivers wont do that.

It's really disturbing and sickening. this is the only public forum I have come across that don't censor graphic/gory images.,

only few sites on the Internet are dedicated to posting graphic/gory images or videos, because it's not suitable for all audience.
and they always place warning and age restrictions before you can proceed to view the contents of their site.

I don't know exactly where the accident happened, but it seems you didnt get my point? My point is why should a motorcycle be on the highway? In as much as a truck has no right to kill the motorcyclist, the motorcycle has no right to be on highway. (if the accident happened there). That is the lawlessness I am talking about.

Ok, though my stance is that spot is not high way. the lane that leads to that junction is from auchi polytechnic main gate, (i hope u know what that means). so categorically, its not highway. thats my point sir

Fair enough. I have two questions for you? First, what is the name of the road/ spot where the accident happened? (I really don't know roads in Auchi?) Secondly, you mentioned that the motorcyclist was coming from a lane from the polytechic, when he got to the junction, where do you think he was heading too? I want to believe that he was not heading towards the highway?
Thank you.
