Yea but how many times have folks from this country contacted PayPal and their reply was the problem is with CBN and not with them. They claimed CBN hasn't approved their request so Nigerians can receive FX via their platform.

Can access MasterCard be used?

I think it's only PayPal and Facebook, tried using PayPal for a payment on Friday night but was successful using the card directly on the site.

Alternatively, if you have someone abroad you should have no worries. That's what I'm doing right now.
