tchuwey: This is the problem with universal internet access: it makes cretinuous fvcktards believe they have a right to free speech. Product of a failed education system. On the other hand, Mugabe is a disgrace. Singapore that he likes visiting for medical care, Lee Kuan Yew stepped down when his party lost some seats in the parliament during the 2011 elections. It sucks to be a black man. |

Ranchhoddas: Is that how democracy works? If the Democrats and disillusioned Americans are unhappy with Trump then he should simply step down and not wait for an election? So democracy isn't about the majority but about the views of the opposition and disillusioned?? |

Gerrard59: And your point is? What's the analogy? Has Mugabe's party lost the majority in their parliament? Why should he step down? If it sucks to be a black man then blame God if you believe in him. |

tchuwey: Must you display your illiteracy in public? Its a shame you don't know that the position of the queen of England is hereditary and by implication, she's not supposed to relinquish power till she dies. |

tchuwey:Ur depth of ignorance is grossly too low. May be lower than an imbe...(complete it). Queen Eliza is a month and not a politician and monarchy are hereditary. It is for life unless the monarch wants to abdicate for the son or daughter. Moreover, Queen Eliza is a ceremonial head of state unlike her Prime Minister who is the head of the government. Next time don't display your ignorance again biko. 1 Like |

panafrican:Does the paramount ruler of your native land retire? Is monarchy not for life, all over the world? Queen Elizabeth is just a ceremonial head of Britain and commonwealth nations. She's no political power or influence like presidents and prime ministers. |

napoleon77:I see a lot of false assumption here. First, I did not compare Britain to Zimbabwe. I only talked about the relationship between their leadership. Second, I never said it was illegal. If you say I did, please point to the place where I said it. Third, it doesn't take a high iq to realize that someone who has been President since 1987 should step down and let someone take charge. It might be legal but its certainly not helpful. Looking at the unemployment and poverty level of the nation, what do you think? 1 Like |

Gaara101: When you mentioned comparing a monarchy to a democracy what were you referring to? Let's ignore the IQ aspect in your quote. Why should a man step down? What's wrong with standing for election and letting the electorate decide? It happened in Gambia right? Let's not go into the economic situation of Zimbabwe which was caused by sanctions from the West because that's beyond the realm of this thread |

napoleon77:Jesus! Someone compared Queen Elizabeth leadership with Robert Mugabe's and I said it was incomparable. The IQ part was not meant as an insult, if you saw it that way, my bad. Again, I never said it was illegal for him to contest, did I?Stop taking my stuff out of context. In my opinion, it is in the best interest for him to step down but if you see something wrong with that, sorry I can't help with that. |

napoleon77: Oh, so you can be mild? The earlier you distinguish between the queen and her office, the better for you. I'm certainly aware the queen stopped overseeing only England since 1707 but the official name remains same. 1 Like 1 Share |
