DEBUNK MEDIA REPORT ON ALLEGED ARREST OF HON ABDULQADIR RAHIS MEMBER REPRESENTING MAIDUGURI METROPOLITAN COUNCIL HAVING LINKS WITH BOKO HARAM BY IBRAHIM MUSA BUNDUR I am calling on all Nigerians to debunk a media report published by a Kaduna based weekly newspaper (Desert Herald), that Hon Abdulqadir Rahis has been arrested by the military in connection to his alleged relationship/link with Boko Haram. Therefore, we strongly demand that Desert Herald Newspaper should substantiate its claims with evidences showing where the member was arrested and detained or has three days to retract its baseless publication and tender unreserved apology. However, the Honourable Member Representing Maiduguri Metropolitan Council Hon Abdulqadir Rahis, has never been arrested by any security agents whether in Abuja, Borno or anywhere in the country.
