That is not what MATTHEW 12:34 says. You added a parameter that was not present- because you do not know what you are talking about.

FAITH DOES NOT HAVE TO BE ABUNDANT FOR IT TO RESULT IN ACTION!

One only needs a "Mustard Seed:" the SMALLEST UNIT.

It would have MADE SENSE to THE CARNAL HYPOCRITE, if Yahshua had said:

"If you are so full of FAITH, that it is busting out your ASS, your EARS, your EYEBALLS and EVERYWHERE, if you speak to a mountain to flung out of your way, it will be flung!"

The FAITH that is NEEDED to move Mountains is just a TINY thing.

NOT "abundant" at all.

If doubt is in his heart in little proportion, tho' it won't manifest in his action. But that doubt has made his faith irrelevant. Meaning, he didn't even have Faith.

There is NO SUCH THING as DOUBT not manifesting.

There is such a thing as being TOO BLIND TO SEE THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM!

When you know how to use what little perception you have, DOUBT and UNBELIEF are not "LITTLE FOXES THAT SPOIL THE VINES" that you look at, and can't see, because they were hiding under some rock or leaf- they HUGE, MONSTROUS, PACIFIC RIM KAIJU- beasts that EAT Elephants like GUGURU! The issue is not how do we see them- but HOW DID WE NOT SEE THEM?

Looking everywhere but where those monsters are can do that.

Not having functioning eyes can do that.

Mark 11:23 tells us about Faith. It says, "if you have Faith without a doubt, whatsoever you say shall be so done"

TALKERS ABOUT FAITH GENERALLY FAIL BY FOCUSING ON THE ONE PART OF THE LORD'S STATEMENT THAT THEY ARE INTERESTED IN.

WHILE YOU STAND PRAYING- IF YOU WERE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO COME THIS FAR WITH YOUR GRUDGES- FORGIVE THOSE WHOM YOU HAVE GRUDGES AGAINST.

STEPHEN was not described as having "A TINY MUSTARD SEED OF FAITH:" he was claimed to have been "FULL OF FAITH."

Be that as it may, HE DID NOT BELIEVE THAT HE HAD TO FORGIVE THOSE WHO HAD DONE OFFENSIVE THINGS TO HIM- therefore, when he started CURSING the UNBELIEVERS who gave him a FLOOR to address them, NONE OF HIS FAITH could SAVE him.

His LAST words were to request that God should FORGIVE those who were MURDERING him.

Had he LED with THAT, he might have CONVERTED all of JERUSALEM.

HE HELD A GRUDGE AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO HATED HIM.

That disabled his FAITH.

ALL he could SEE was his own ANGER.

There is NO WAY that he was "FULL OF FAITH."

If what you said wasn't done as you said it, then, you didn't have Faith.

YAHSHUA SAID THAT IT DIDN'T MATTER WHETHER YOU HAD FAITH, AND NO DOUBTS, WHEN YOU DIDN'T FORGIVE YOUR FELLOW SINNERS.

3. "Can two walk together,
except they be agreed?"

Mark 11:23 makes it very clear that Faith can't Fail. So, if you have problem with getting results, perhaps, you need to check what you called faith again. Whether a little fear or doubt was mingled with it.

AMATEUR DABBLERS SEIZE ONE THING THAT THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IN THE BIBLE, AND IGNORE OTHER RELEVANT SCRIPTURES.

FAITH CAN FAIL WHEN GOD IS NOT WITH YOU.

When you do not UNDERSTAND The Word of God, your FAITH will FAIL.

When your AWARENESS of The Word is not DEEP your FAITH will FAIL.

When you have COMPETING INTERESTS, your FAITH will FAIL.

There are FOUR ENEMIES of the MAN OF KNOWLEDGE- the successful WARRIOR who attains HOLINESS.

4. OLD AGE: Once all the Enemies have been vanquished, this one convinces one to "relax: take a break- you've EARNED it!"

3. POWER: Once CLARITY has been overcome, the Warrior finds that they have THE POWER to do ANYTHING- even UNNECESSARY things.

2. CLARITY: Once FEAR has been overcome, one's mind becomes opened to an Infinite Vista of Knowledge- most of It nonessential to THE WAY.

1. FEAR: Prevents one from even STARTING in The Warrior Path.

DEFEAT BY ANY OF THESE ENEMIES IS CONSIDERED PERMANENT.

If you are BEATEN by any Enemy,you will NEVER become a MAN OF KNOWLEDGE- you will NEVER attain ETERNAL LIFE.

Conversely, once you have defeated any of the Enemies, THEY CANNOT RETURN TO FIGHT YOU AGAIN: they are FINISHED.

There are people who have great Ministries, with BIG Mouths- holding themselves out to be "AUTHORITIES," but in Reality, they are just PRISONERS of an ENEMY OF A MAN OF KNOWLEDGE, who are INCAPABLE of Achieving that status.

FAILURE IN SOME SPIRITUAL ENDEAVOR DOES NOT NECESSARILY DENOTE TOTAL DEFEAT.

But when one completely quits the FIELD for The Enemy- RENOUNCES THE GOD-GIVEN TRUTH- just because one lacked the PERSONAL POWER to make it work when one wanted- THAT is Total Defeat.

There are "CHRISTIANS" who DENOUNCE Divine Healing: why? They "TRIED IT," and "FOUND" that "IT DIDN'T WORK!"

"EVANGELICAL" CHRISTIANITY is based on this premise.

They say that those who believe in THE FULL GOSPEL- that is, PENTECOSTALS- are "FANATICS," (i.e. FOOLS).

They take it upon themselves to DICTATE to what extent OTHER Christians can believe in God.

They therefore worship within a STATIC "COMFORT ZONE" that they THINK is "FREEDOM" and "HAPPINESS," but is, in Reality, IMPRISONMENT and MISERY.

How can you be putting on a BIG SMILE, and telling people that "GOD LOVES YOU," when you believe that there are things He willfully withholds from you?

When you have done everything Commanded of you, you have eliminated every SOURCE of DOUBT, and can therefore act as a PURE CHANNEL for the Power of God.

How much of a Believer can someone who thinks they have FAITH be, if they keep it to themselves only?

How can someone be so callous and insensitive that they pray for their own Healing, and that of those who love them- but of nobody else?

One should have expected this Testimony to have taken the World by storm- but it hasn't.

MILLIONS OF CHRISTIANS KNEW THAT ORAL ROBERTS SAID THAT- YET YOU NEVER HEARD OF IT!

It's not a hidden fact that Medical Doctors have a huge number of Atheists amongst them, I mean, they see how ineffective prayer is in the face of death on daily basis. When the Bible has already said that we should ask and we shall receive.

The hospital wards have heard more prayers than churches but still, patients still drop like flies.

I am reading your Testimonies in order, without reading the ones following, to give my answers according to my first impressions, rather than any pre-knowledge of your experiences and conclusions.

The first case really shook my faith and set me towards the path that I'm on right now.

You say that you had FAITH to "shake."

What was this FAITH based on- THE GOSPEL, or what somebody told you about Bible Religion?

FAITH based on THE WORD OF GOD cannot be "SHAKEN."

If someone gave you an INTERPRETATION of something The Bible said, that contradicts The Word of God, but you BELIEVE THAT- your FAITH is not in GOD, but in a MYTH someone just MADE UP for you.

A baby boy was brought, not up to one year old, unconscious. He had cerebral malaria and overwhelming sepsis. His case was a bad one. We admitted and started therapy.

The only way that this happens, of course- I have seen this before, being a Pathology Laboratory Assistant for 35 years- is that the parents neglected to treat the child, until his condition became critical.

I know Religious mothers who believed that "THEIR MIGHTY FAITH" was going to heal their children- until Reason Prevailed, and they could no longer DENY that "IT 'AIN'T WORKING!" and brought their children to "THE DEVIL'S HOSPITAL!"

He got better slightly, then, one day, he just got worse. This was the only child of the parents.

We presume that you ensured that all Drugs you prescribed, according to the results of appropriate laboratory tests, were duly administered.

If the child were an outpatient, the parents may have stopped administering the drugs.

Clearly, that was not an option in this case.

His mother prayed from the afternoon non stop. Towards the evening, she was so weak she couldn't stand or talk, another mother in the ward had to come and help her with her prayers.

IF YOU PRAY FOR EIGHT HOURS OVER ANYTHING, YOU MUST NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

That this woman had to pray like this NOW, at THIS point, tells us that SHE HAD NOT DONE THAT BEFORE.

NOW that she saw that the case was SERIOUS, she now behaved SERIOUSLY.

My take on FAITH is based on Spiritual Experiences outside The Bible you would need to know about to understand some of my conclusions and assessments. Namely: Carlos Castaneda's NAGUALISM, Lafayette Ronald Hubbard's SCIENTOLOGY, and James Redfield's CELESTINE PROPHECY.

I know things normal Christians of any Denomination you ever heard of cannot even CONCEIVE.

THIS WOMAN DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO PRAY: PERIOD.

She prayed till 9pm when the baby died.

Yet, he tried to his perceived "last," that the child's life be spared.

But when the child died, HE PRESUMED that that was THE END of possibility that God COULD do anything about it.

People did not know everything about God back then.

SO YOU SEE TWO DIFFERENT OUTCOMES TO REQUESTING THE HEALING POWER OF GOD.

This really shook me. I asked myself, what kind of creator would watch his creation pray to him for that long with just one prayer request and refuse to grant it.

IF YOU HAD FAITH, YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SURPRISED.

As a Doctor, you know the various factors that go into, say, injecting someone with an AntiBiotic, and watching them get well.

An illiterate person, seeing you inject someone, might conclude that HE HAS NOW LEARNED THE SECRET OF MEDICINE!

"All you have to do to cure someone," he might think, "is stick a syringe in their arm, and pour in WHITE STUFF!!!"

As a Doctor, you know, that he can get the right syringe, the right drug, avoid the pitfalls of sanitation and embolism- BUT STILL FAIL- because he didn't know that this stuff had to go in a VEIN- having no idea what that was. Maybe he might even take out a NERVE, and cripple the patient!

Most people who are not Doctors themselves know that they cannot become Doctors by reading about them in a novel, or watching them on TV.

Why would anyone, let alone a qualified Medical Practitioner, believe that they know all about DIVINE HEALING from reading about instances of Healing in The Bible? If not "all," at least enough to CONDEMN GOD, and TELL HIM HIS BUSINESS?

That was the beginning of my journey.

I just hope that you do not think that your journey has reached anywhere near its end.

Unlike the Holy Book, I don't promise my patients heaven and earth and then fail them. I tell them how bad their case is, the prognosis, what to expect. In my practice, Medicine has failed a few times (which is expected) and prayers have failed ALL the time despite the promises, so yea, their prayers don't worth a damn.

The second case that I want to share here happened right inside a church where I went for Sunday service.

Why are you hiding the name and type of Church?

Now this Preacher has spent the entire church service mocking contemporary medicine going on and on about how drugs, hospitals were useless in the face of prayers.

Clearly, this is a "FULL GOSPEL" Church.

Who was this Pastor, and what did he say?

You are a Doctor, and you went to a church, where the Pastor disparaged Medicine.

Why?

What possible benefit could you derive from such a useless church?

Your failure to explain these factors donotes not enhance your credibility.

As the service was going on, a Man rushed in with his baby, crying profusely and dropped him at the altar. Apparently, the baby was critically sick and at the point of death, so he brought the baby to church.

Now, this Preacher didn't even break his stride or look in the general direction of the baby, he just said "One of the Pastors should come and take care of this" and continued lambasting doctors and hospitals.

O God- he is so sensitive.

That is, of course, sarcasm.

But wait a minute- exactly how do you think this is supposed to work?

Should he interrupt his sermon to heal this baby, when there were other Healers in the Church?

Was that the laid-down procedure?

Did the Pastor say that if anyone had an emergency, they could just come in, interrupt whatever he was doing, and he would attend to them?

Here is where knowing the Church would be relevant.

Some churches, the service ends when the service ends- no set time limit.

Others, they have a strict agreement on when they start and when they end.

People have lives outside the church. They have things they want to do. Responsibilities.

If you were really a Doctor, you should have the experience of AFTER-SERVICE SHIFTS at your Hospital.

Do you welcome being late for your shift, because the pastor extended the service to accommodate, say, people rushing in with babies to Heal?

The Pastors and some Deacons took the baby to an office and they all joined hands together and prayed for the baby before sending the baby to, you've guessed it, A HOSPITAL where the baby later died.

Some blockhead would ask why, if you were really a Doctor, you didn't "DO SOMETHING!!!" and save the baby yourself.

I don't question that part of your narrative at all.

To help those people out- if I may be so blunt: if this were "DOLLARLAND," or "POUNDLAND," such a question would be wholly appropriate; in "NAIRALAND," it is not. In Nigeria, if a medical practicioner volunteered his services in such a situation, he would be RISKING HIS NECK from several angles of falling, rising, and side-to-side guillotines!

If drugs were indicated, he might have to pay for them out of his own pocket- because the "concerned parents," came out without cash. After which, he should have to whistle for his money.

If the child dies anyway, THE WHOLE CASE CAN BECOME ABOUT HIM.

The parents may SUE him for "WRONGFUL DEATH."

The POLICE can charge the Doctor with MURDER.

I have seen that threatened of a Doctor helping out a "GOOD SAMARITAN" Case of a homeless man picked up on the street.

The Police said that they were NOT INTERESTED in the case- UNLESS THE VICTIM DIED- so, it was in the interests of those trying to help him out, to just turn him back out on the street, where he had collapsed.

The Doctor didn't for that- but everyone (i.e. "Full Gospel Christians,) said that "IT DID NOT WITNESS WITH THEIR SPIRIT" that he should have intervened for this TOTAL STRANGER.

This is a big part of the reason why Christians do not get their prayers answered.

Which got me wondering, why didn't the creator answer the prayers of his servants in the midst of a sermon where they were mocking modern healthcare or act on the faith of the father who brought his dying baby to his house.

I once had to sort out the rehabilitation of a stroke client, who is a vice president of an international church, with headquarters in Nigeria.

Most of my sessions with him was focused more, on how i can help him out of the depression that got him. He was thoroughly disillusioned, can't understand why a pastor at his level of "anointing", could be down with stroke.

THESE PEOPLE WHO EXALT THEMSELVES INTO AUTHORITATIVE RULES OVER THEIR "JUNIOR" BRETHREN INVARIABLY TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CRUSH ANY REVELATION THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND NOR WANT.

Including that of EVERLASTING LIFE.

Therefore, when they CEASE MOVING FORWARD, so to speak, THE ANOINTING "STAGNATES," and THE SATAN COLLECTIVE ENTITY cones and "HARVESTS" It from their HEART.

When a person has REPENTED of their Sins, but FAILED to DEVELOP THEMSELVES SPIRITUALLY, there is a SPIRITUAL ATTACK whereby THE DEVILS FILL THE VACANCIES THEY FIND.

These arrogant people generally ignore the Teaching of Yahshua that the LEAST Brethren ARE STILL HIM.

Therefore, when some "JUNIOR" Brethren utters a Revelation from God- it could be a SMALL KID- their own kid, even- telling them: "THAT'S WRONG!" and THEY are like: "SHUT UP, KID! WHAT DO YOU KNOW?"

This was THE MESSENGER OF GOD sent to USHER THEM INTO THE NEXT LEVEL- and they didn't RECOGNIZE them- because they didn't flash some SIGNS AND WONDERS. Therefore they BLASPHEMED THE HOLY GHOST- and therefore had NO DEFENSE against CATASTROPHIC ORGAN FAILURE.

And when he even recovered to the level that he could resume his duties, he still will not resume. His reason was how to cope with the "embarrassing" looks of his members.

Most of the religious folks who came down with complications of DM and HTN, had thrown away their medications, because their pastors instructed them so.

The ignorance of the religious folks, is one of the grave challenges, that faces effective health management in Nigeria today.

Am very afraid for you. Based on my previous teachings on the subject of faith, my observations on the understanding that Christians have on the subject, and how it rewards them, you're at the baby phase of the Christian doctrine.

According to the advanced level of faith in god, FAITH IS NOT ABSENCE OF DOUBT. RATHER, FAITH IS TAKING GOD FOR/AT HIS WORDS, YOUR DOUBT NOTWITHSTANDING.

The three Hebrew kids said "EVEN (doubt) if our god will not deliver us.... Oh King, we will not bow to this image...".

According to THE BIBLE, Faith means to trust wholly without an Atom of Doubt from what God has SAID.

NOW Faith is the Substance of things hoped for,

THIS statement is correct- but PAUL said that FAITH comes by hearing the SPOKEN Word of God (RHEMA), and THAT IS WRONG.

If Faith came from hearing the spoken Word of God, everyone who merely read The Bible or had it read to them would have Faith.

By your posts, are you in any way trying to say good works is equal to having Faith? Also, are you trying to say sin can hinder a Believer's prayer?

A Christian is one who is born again. We became born again when we acted on Romans 10:9-10.

The Holy Apostle John tells us more about whom a born again is. He has OVERCOMED sin. He can NOT sin. 1John 3:9, 5:3-5. How did we overcome sin? It is NOT by works! It is by Faith. Romans 3:21-28, Ephesians 2:8-9.

The Word of God is diverse. There are diverse topics.

For Salvation, you act on some parts;

For Working Miracles, you are on some parts;

For Prophesying, you act on some parts;

To get prayers answered; you act on some parts.

Until a Christian train himself on a particular topic, he can't function well in that regard. A Christian may not be able to work miracles simply because he has NOT studied to know what the LOGOS said about how to work miracles and there4 couldn't get Rhema for working miracles.

Good works isn't equal to faith. Sin CAN'T hinder a Christian's prayer.

His Fundamental Commandment to
LOVE OUR NEIGHBOUR AS OURSELVES.

FAITH IS THE RULING POWER OF THE EARTH UNIVERSE; THE OTHERS RULE THE SEVEN HEAVEN UNIVERSES, AND ARE GREATER THAN FAITH.

THERE ARE DEVILISH POWERS THAT ARE GREATER THAN FAITH.

Those who are limited to FAITH are helpless before them.

Those who SEE have grown beyond FAITH.

okay now u are totally getting me upside down..I was typing from d ops point of view.and u read where I said not to take every death as an unanswered prayer. and watch I meant by personal life is dis.. a sick person was rushed into d hospital and den as a believer u began to cast and bind.. not minding whatever brought Em to the hospital, whether it was nemesis or karma and if it was either of both there's nothing any Dr however intelligent can do about it,do u mind if I tell u av seen someone shot in d forehead nd yet survived?hence I meant personal life.as for my mum she didn't even die at d point of prayer cos I already knew she would go so u can relate her's to be a Natural phenomenon.. cos every human whether Good or Bad will taste death, it's not our wish but dats how whoever is behind d creation of dis world made it to be.

So how do we differentiate between a death that is because of personal reason or natural? When do we decide not to pray for a dying loved one?

Unlike the Holy Book, I don't promise my patients heaven and earth and then fail them. I tell them how bad their case is, the prognosis, what to expect. In my practice, Medicine has failed a few times (which is expected) and prayers have failed ALL the time despite the promises, so yea, their prayers don't worth a damn.

People who have read the Bible well know that Christianity doesn't promise no sorrows, no. Sometimes it may be a test of faith by God or a pathway to a greater blessing. Few pple have/can lose as much as Job did. Yet he was Gods beloved

No. Some prayers are answered, some aren't. If you say a prayer over a specific issue, its Godwho determines the reply. If he wants to "rewrite" the case, its now up to him.

My point is, the fact that you prayed doesn't always mean it will always be answered

The 4th case.

Dude was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma/Squamous cell carcinoma (they just weren't sure, story for another day) and had to have one of his arms amputated.

Because he came late to the hospital, it has already metastasized to other parts of his body. I've never seen anybody in so much pain before in my entire life. They were poor and couldn't afford to pay for his drugs. As they had no money, they turned to prayers, they prayed and prayed but dude just got worse, he was in so much pain that we had to constantly sedate him with morphine (the strongest pain killer known to man), he was constantly sedated till he eventually passed on, in spite of all the prayers from parents, church members and siblings.

Is it that their prayers don't worth anything?

I was in a hospital recently, the patient beside. my bed died of anemia.. pastors came few hours later, prayed, sweating shouting all over the ward. still nothing happened, I actually felt pith for them...
