Please advise . I am inviting My sister and her 3 young children to UK. for my child's baptism of which she will also be a God parent. They will also use that opportunity to visit places of interest around London. They plan to visit for 10 days My question is , can I state that they will be staying with us? My husband and I and our 20 month old live in a 3 bedroom house. So we have a spare room. I don't know if ECO will class that as sufficient accommodation for the duration of their stay or if they should kuku book hotel reservation. I want to be sure we are doing the right thing. |

blza: It appears like you want to squeeze 4 people in a spare room ? How big is this spare room or is it a box room ? I think its best you kuku go down the hotel reservation route (for the purpose of application). If you know what am saying ? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by blza: 8:32am On Feb 17, 2017 |
Lexusgs430: Haha. I so enjoy your sense of humour. Not intending to squeeze them into a box room oo. Room is big enough . And my sons room is quite big with just a baby cot. As you rightly said. We will go down the hotel reservation route. I no fit shout ! 1 Like |

demmysoft: With simple and clear documents show money in and out of your bank account and how it ties in with the company. Claiming directorship without proving financial ties will not fly. |

Staying for two weeks instead of 8 days shouldn't be an issue, same for making a second and even third trips so long as it's multiple entry and travel date within visa validity. oloolo: |

ifyalways: Staying for two weeks instead of 8 days shouldn't be an issue, same for making a second and even third trips so long as it's multiple entry and travel date within visa validity. The problem with that is the fact that you are given a visa based on the budget of 8days and not 2week. Overstaying by 1 or two days shouldn't be an issue but stretching it could end up badly 1 Like |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by justwise(m): 5:28pm On Feb 22, 2017 |
oloolo: You can because you will be given a multiple entry visa though that does not mean that you will not be stopped sometimes for random questions. |
