To your question. Yes ! you can make soap with ground nut oil, but palm kernel oil is cheaper, a ton of good nut gives about 410 liters and it cost about 156k. Ground nut cost 257k per ton and it gives 500 liters of oil. Do the math per drum. A drum is 200 liters.

It depends on so many factors, like size of soap, ingredients and type (bathing or laundry soap). Bathing soap has the highest profit margin. Another factor is source of oil. Are you going to be milling or buying?

and increases the risk and stress of soaping.
even if you choose to destry the environment by using fire wood,
its more stressful..

by the way, you can use soap after 7 days so no bigg

In using hot caustic, you don't necessarily have to heat the caustic solution. when you dissolve caustic in water it undergoes an exothermic process releasing heat, thus the solution becomes hot enough to be used in hot process...

Hot caustic isn't cold process. The temperature of the system when using hot caustic is far higher than that of the cold process, so i term it hot process.

the older the soap the harder it gets
more bubbles and color changes too..
scent reduces

yep..the older the soap, the harder it gets..which makes it last longer in use

wat u still prescribed is called cold process, moreover u don't use caustic immediately after pouring in water, u still v to ferment it for like 48hours and thytrate it with Hydrometer.
using caustic like u prescribed will make d soap caustic to skin and the outlook won't be ok
