We only had access to the break down or sharing formula i dont know about other comm. Offices but the one for my state was just on the table and they showed it to me and other applicants present to burst my anxiety, its just 38 to like each state but the main list for now is with the commisioner only.

Which state is urs?

What am i hearing! Just imagin 38 names shortlisted for each state, nawah for this country o. If you dont have long leg just forget cos 38 is too small for each state when considering magnitudes of the applicants.

Don't be deceived by the number of selected applicant. Thats the number they will tell you being recruited but underg it will be up to 1,000 in a state. Lets look at it in this angle, if 38 selected applicant for a state and to distribute it base on ministries in that state am sure some ministries will not have selected applicant. Secondly, why is it that we have many people working in civil service if thats the ratio federal government use to recruit. There are some home where both husband & wife works in ministry which shows that the ratio of recruitment into federal ministry is high.
