forgiveness: Full Name: Tiago Abiola Delfim Almeida Ilori Bwahahahah Reading only paid 2.5 M Liverpool lost so much on their investment on Ilori including salary and bonuses imagine paying salaries and wages to someone who played just 2 cup games for you in 4years And sporting Lisbon lost in excess of 3.5M which they would have gotten if he fulfilled certain clauses in his contract. Ilori na bad market |

TheGoodJoe:Mbappe is the most sort after teen in the world. He will command a transfer fee in excess the £40M Man Utd paid for Martial. No club will sit such huge investment down on the bench. Drill or no drill. 3 Likes |

In the NPFL look out forAkwa United's Moses Ebiye the boy is the real deal. He has a great touch with a super football IQ. He reminds me of Iwobi the way he rarely makes foolish decisions. 1 Like |

Mujtahida:Nice read. Interesting to know Guardiola wanted him for 40M and Zidane took him on tour guide at the Bernabue in 2013 when he was barely 16yrs old. According to the article Monaco are quoting €80M for him ;0 .. Football have indeed gone mad! It's absolutely bunkers money for a young 19yr old. TheGoodJoe is about making us believe he will be benched at City. Probably he thinks Kelechi will bench him. Nawao |

goldfish80: I don't get ur reasoning. It is almost madness to think that Everton would have come with a lower offer just because he played for Nigeria. That is just bogus. If Dele had elected to play for Nigeria real madrid would still want him. |

goldfish80: Iheanacho could bench him at monaco, its all a matter of coach. Imagine both of them being coached by Pellegrini who do u think starts then? The boy is not even a shoe in starter at his club either, his father just went public a while back. This is a case of u guys going crazy about one game. 1 Like |

BascoVanVeli:You can't blame me. Not when the combined transfer fee Man city, Liverpool, Genk, wolfsburg and Granada paid for Kelechi, Awoniyi, Ndidi, Success and Oshimhen is about half of Lookman Ademola's transfer fee to Everton. You get the picture? |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by goldfish80(m): 7:41pm On Feb 25, 2017 |
BascoVanVeli:Which one game? I talked about this guy more than 5 months ago on this thread. Martial was not a shoe in starter at Monaco either before Man Utd broke the transfer record for him as the world's most expensive teen. Truth is that Mbappe have broken so many records already, his celine is very high and he's been rated as the next big thing in European football. Kelechi is not in Monaco and Pelegrin is not coaching both players. Let's judge what is in front of us forget about semantics and what if's. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by BascoVanVeli(m): 7:44pm On Feb 25, 2017 |
TheGoodJoe: That means u didn't watch the Afcon. Btw why question a man's passion? Do u have any scientific proof that a 30 year old can't perform just as well? This is not politics there are no set terms. If a player is good enough it is almost criminal to deny him. |

bazooka1:didn't see him in the Golden Boy nominees last year, so i assume he wasn't this awesome as at August 2016 If he was that great, he should have gotten a look-in. Will await this years list to judge his awesomeness. If i Google Rashford, I'll probably find even more awesome stuff than i can of Mbappe |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by bazooka1: 8:04pm On Feb 25, 2017 |
safarigirl:Yet he will command a transfer fee in excess of 50+M at least. His market value would have been far far less if nobody knew him. There's always a first time for everything anyway. There was a time you didn't know Rashford, thats for sure. 1 Like |

First it was Yaya Sanogo, then Atonie Martial, nothing we no hear then and now Mbappe(already tagged future Balon D'or winner,)... Make I sit down de look una. Cos it seems nothing can beat anything from the other side of the mediterranean. In Certitude's voice "time as a way of sorting things out. I just hope he does not turn out to be an overhyped player. 1 Like |
