next time read clearly to assimilate, because there was nowhere In my response I told u people die because dey deserve it

This is ur quote below in case u have forgotten what u wrote

Sexina851:
Op I really understand ur feeling. I felt even worse when I lost my mom. I later understood dat it has a lot to do with one's personal life, examine urself before u blame God, check out ur life and wat u do behind closed door wen u think no one is watching. Secret sins, unforgiveness, fornication etc will hinder prayers Dr. I won't way all on faith blah blah. The Bible already said "God is not mocked, whatever a man sow he shall reap". Even naturally there is a law of karma, and you know how it works. Look at me everybody has every right to question God cos we are humans and we feel, don't mind the "faith is in levels people".. Just search your life.dats all I can say..cos it's beta for one to die and discover there's no God Dan to die and discover otherwise

Read what u wrote, it implies that the dead is mostly to blame for their death. The most pitiful thing in ur post is that u even started by stating u lost u mum and was pained BUT later understood that it has much to DO WITH ONE'S PERSONAL LIFE. Dosent this imply that ur mums death has to do with her personal life? It's either u don't know how to express urself in writing, or u meant another thing while writing this shit.
How pathetic.
And went ahead to type all the following gibberish talking about karma and how people sow what they reap. And u still have the mouth to say I didn't read well. How else do u want to say people deserve their death?
U need to start respecting urself.

No. Some prayers are answered, some aren't. If you say a prayer over a specific issue, its Godwho determines the reply. If he wants to "rewrite" the case, its now up to him.

My point is, the fact that you prayed doesn't always mean it will always be answered
So, prayer is like rolling a dice and hoping for a double 6? Since it all depends on God's sympathy to your case, not your faith, your righteous life or how bad you want the answer to your prayers?

I was in a hospital recently, the patient beside. my bed died of anemia.. pastors came few hours later, prayed, sweating shouting all over the ward. still nothing happened, I actually felt pith for them...
I've come to this conclusion though, Prayers don't work inside a Hospital. They might work elsewhere, but definitely not in a hospital.

Awwww... Fortunately, I didn't bring up ur mum in a public forum... U did and made nonsense of her death by saying she died out of her own personal fault. I did t say this.i just pointed it out in ur post. I was actually hurt by what u said and that was why I quoted u.

U said u lost ur mum But u however learnt that people die out of their own fault. U blamed death on karma and all that. I am sorry for the loss of ur mum, but I am more sorry that u lack the common sense to understand that it's not ur mums fault she died.

Okay I already told you u were quoting me wrong just to make a point....i will refer you to the topic of discussion here, And then I was trying to tell him at times our prayers are not answered cos of our personal life . And at times ur prayer might still not be answered if such person is suffering karma.. Either ways death happened. I didn't generalize that people cos it's their fault.

Do you know how callous religion makes you sound?

A normal but mysterious biological process of death that occurs in every living organism whether good or bad as a result of so many factors has been reduced to karma or something personal by you.

So what did your mum do wrong to deserve death?

You guys will twist and turn just to defend rubbish.
A middle aged woman died simple, is that to hard to accept?
Must you cope with it by still trying to twist your warped doctrine thereby entertaining the possibility of her doing wrong that was deserving a painful death

I am truly sorry for bringing up ur mum again... But based on what I said above, why do u think ur mum died... Please ensure u relate it with ur statement above.

U mentioned that

1. (In red) at times our prayers are not answered (and people die) cos of our personal life...

2. (In bold) and at times our prayers might still not be answered (and people die) because such person is suffering from karma

So pls which of the above refers to the case of ur mum

My brother can u just imagine how these people think?

I am even baffled to see her call my arguments wack when am picking up my points directly from her quotes... She even says I am misquoting her and misunderstanding her when I am quoting directly from what she wrote.

If she thinks people's death is as a result of their personal life or karma, let's hear what she thinks of her late mum. Let's see how she would separate her mum's case from her selfish and insensitive believe.

I Just want to make her realize how her belief makes her sound insensitive about other people's misfortune and yet not relate it to her own case.

The worst part is that u don't even see how wicked and insensitive u sound yet u feel someone is vulgar just because he is trying to put ur insensitivity in line.

It was really difficult for her to admit. Doesn't take an Einstein to deduce from her earlier post that she thinks people should be blamed for their tragedies.

The boko-haram victims in the north east including the unfortunate victims of the Nigerian airforce misfire, victims of the Southern Kaduna massacre, victims of money rituals down south, young girls of age 5 and below who continuously suffered/suffers canal defilement, the family who had their home bugled and all their hard work carted away, the two young girls who were clubbed t.o death by a raving lunatic and so on and so forth. It is all their fault. They committed some very serious sins and are suffering from dear old karma.

At least according to Miss/Mrs. Sexina.

It's not a hidden fact that Medical Doctors have a huge number of Atheists amongst them, I mean, they see how ineffective prayer is in the face of death on daily basis. When the Bible has already said that we should ask and we shall receive.

The hospital wards have heard more prayers than churches but still, patients still drop like flies.

I'll be using this thread to share stories of patients I've lost in the face of prayers and I encourage doctors and non doctors alike to come forth and share their stories.

Failed prayers do not happen.
Re: Medical Doctors, Atheism and Daily Evidence of Failed Prayers. by Nobody: 11:37pm On Feb 27, 2017
Hi CatfishBilly,
I am extremely close to my family member who is a medical doctor (and has been for a long time--40+yrs) & has seen his fair share of suffering and death.....yet he still believes in God.
Having studied the body and how intricately and beautifully made it is, and how each organ has such specific functions, he can't see how there wouldn't be a God that created us.
Sir you must know that we live in a sin-riddled world. We are not guaranteed that we won't have trials, sufferings, and even death. Death hits ALL of us.
I lost my mother at age 25...to something that we never thought could happen.
While, I wanted to question God, I didn't doubt His existence...
Praying in faith doesn't guarantee that the prayer wil be answered in just the manner that you want.
Sometimes, tremendous blessings come out of tragedies.
God understands our sufferings...and there is hope beyond the grave...for those who believe.
