goldfish80: House will not come to your rescue. I watched the highlight game of the Manchester City vs Monaco game. Watched the extended highlights repeatedly and was not blown away by Mbappe. Then I started hearing people comparing him to Messi. I went to check and felt shocked. Please, how can you say that guy will even start at City. You can be funny. |

What I have noticed is that a lot of people have not watched lots prolific young talents. That is why you can see them make ridiculous statement like Mbappe being hottest property. Someone like me watched Ronaldinho from U17. De Lima in his teens. Anelka at Seventeen. Just like I pointed out Aguero. Even Tevez. I watched these guys grow. Chill and let us hope the young man works hard and remain a disciplined professional. |

BascoVanVeli: I understand the point but I do not see Martins as a solution. We started threading a path I believe is right. Building a team with young players and promoting competition for roles. If Martins was even 29, I can okay it but with our number of young hitmen, I absolutely feel going that route is wrong. |

whizola:Because just last year, City had a £36m bid rejected. This season, he has scored 12 goals in 29 games despite not starting most of the time. Scoring against City added a couple of millions to his price tag. Dude is just 18!! |

BascoVanVeli:Here's what brought you into the discuss. I made reference to Kelechi in response to TheGoodJoe claims that Mbappe won't make the city team. Obviously he had Iheanacho at the back of his mind when he made the statement.

goldfish80: You had in mind I was saying it to claim Iheanacho is better. Unfortunately, you are clearly exposed. I was clearly saying judge Iheanacho after a run of games. I did not say Iheanacho was better. |

TheGoodJoe:If he can't start at City why did Lord Guardiola make a bid of €40M which was rejected. I know Guardiola is not all that good with transfers but spending €40M on a player who is not good enough for his team is quite a new low for him. 2 Likes |

goldfish80: I think we spent £37 million on Sane but he was on the bench for a long time. It took Sane IMPROVING to get into the starting eleven. What is your next jamb question. Just agree you did not know what you were arguing. |

edi287: What premium are u talking about? The only fact is that u need a certain amount of English passport holders on each squad and if that player can play a big role it makes him more valuable. Iwobi has more potential than most young players in England. He can play anywhere in the midfield and he can also play in front. We all know Wenger knows how to sell so I don't see Iwobi leaving for cheap. I guess u guys need someone on tv to tell u this. 3 Likes 1 Share |

goldfish80: Next time when reading, judge a comment by what you are reading. Not what you expect. I said, judge Iheanacho after a run of games. That is no way close to saying Iheanacho is better. Case dismiss. |

TheGoodJoe: This was my post on January 3rd. I remember talking about Mbappe some time last year but I can't pull out the post now. Its not about me going with the flow or rave of the moment.I was the first person to mentioned the name Mbappe on this site. I think I've finally figured out why people are judgmental about Iheanacho's game. I've watched the young man Mbappe and he's deliciously talented and going by his muted transfer fee, Man city cannot afford to bench him. 1 Like 1 Share |

TheGoodJoe:What a funny world. Someone who know absolutely nothing about a player is claiming the same player is not good enough. At the top of your head without checking, you can't even tell his Jersey number at Monaco and you're forming ITK. Instead you will humbly ask after the said player, his abilities and what he can bring to a team rather you're posing as being informed when you're not. 4 Likes |

TheGoodJoe:He's obviously more talented than anyone I've seen at City. Including Aguero who is no where close to his abilities at the same age. Coupled with the small fact of his huge transfer fee. Its not so difficult to figure out he wouldn't sit on the Man city bench. 2 Likes |

At this point, Onyekuru must be Nigeria's hottest youngster in Europe. Thankfully, he did not go to Celtic. If he continues his form, he will get a bigger deal in the Summer. 4 Likes |
