This N-Power of a thing is a scam. I bet over 70% of the 200,000 are still in their houses waiting to be posted and subsequently get paid their stipend since December.

In Nasarawa state for instance, the list of successful applicants was hijacked and changed by some corrupt individuals in the state, no posting has been made, no stipend paid and nobody is saying anything about them.

So find another word to replace the bolded because they are placed in a confused state of mind rather than to engage them in what will add value to their lives and Nigeria as a whole

Im not in the habit if engaging trolls in arguments. Ask why the affected individuals have payment issue rather than condemning the whole program.
