Expatriate or Immigrants?
When will whites start calling black expatriate in their own countries

Why is not possible is that most Nigerians goes abroad to hustle and not for proper work. Expatriate dont roam the streets as we Nigerians.

Recently someone told me to help him make a visa to come where i based, i asked what he is coming to do , he said he can do anything he see.
which is a dullard answer ..

Expatriate is a professional individual that left their country to another country with a signed agreement on the work they are going to do in another country. And when they arrive, their will be proper provisions of their needs.

This is arrant nonsense. If the siren is illegal, why is the Hilux truck decked up with the equipment. The man is a staff of an emergency outfit in the cesspit called Nigeria.
How is his company an emergency outfit? See what they do here
http://www.mantraoperations.com/services.php
Several local firms in Nigeria do same and they don't need sirens.

"sent straight to jail"? Without police station and court?

Bros, which of the planet are you from?

Any other country will send him to jail for illegal use of siren.
Jail not prison. Big difference. Jail, then bail and then your day in court.

An expatriate has been arrested by officers of the Lagos state police command, for breaking traffic laws of the State.

The Mantra protection solution boss, who was in a black Toyota jeep while being escorted to work with a white hilux van, was arrested for disobeying the traffic light and also using the siren illegally. He's now cooling off in the police station.

He doesn't seem to be cooling off in the police station. Rather, he seems to be cooling off in his car.

Which kind of stupid expatriate? When Nigerians go to their countries, they are classified or called Immigrants, even those who are CEOs of Big companies over there. They should be classified as Immigrants not Expatriates.
Re: Expatriate Arrested In Lagos For Disobeying Traffic Light, Using Illegal Siren by donodion(m): 6:27am On Feb 28, 2017
A lot still need to be done in Naija. No where jn any sane country would a Private Security Company be using Emergency flashlights with Blue,Red and White rotators. It is white Lights with mirror rotators.
Only Law Enforcement Agencies such as The State or Federal Police are designated to use such Emergency lights.

....because a typical blackmans mind is demonised and stupid, they come to your country with ill intent and selfish interests you glofy them and call them expatrates you go to their country the only thing they have for you is toilet cleaning and menial jobs even upon your PHD. Even in an African country like yeye South Africa they brainwash the local to never see any good in their fellow africans and demonise them out of jealousy while they stand on the side waiting for the result of african diaspora free South Africa to enble them pounce of the forever white man slaves and systematically rule(if you will re-colonise) them again. Time for africa to wake up as God made no mistake puting africans in Africa with mind buggling wealth of resources that cannot be found elsewhere in the world. Stop believing in white men as people to help harness your collective wealth do it yourselves and proper your people. Don't wait for demonic America, Uk, China etc...because they all have their own agender. If they will participate at all give them stingent condition that will benefitiate Africans more so that Africans will stop all this deadly crossing of meditaranean when their is more than enough for them in africa. You will wonder what AU is doing about this, terrorism, hunger, drought and war in africa? AU has failed completely when its out going chairperson is a leader from a rabid xenophobic Nation (South Africa) who is yet to be credited with condemnation of any significant note, along with her former husband Jacob Zuma. This same woman is being presented as the next president of the ANC, how rediculous let her point to any achievement as my magnifying glass can hardly find one.
